I was given a voucher for a free daiquiri when this place was still new to our neighborhood. The owner was welcoming and stated that we could use the voucher at ANY time.

I visited a couple of weeks ago (early August 2025) in an attempt to use the voucher but the cashier refused to honor it and claimed that she could not verify it with the owner due to him being on a flight. We even verified that my phone number is in the rewards system because I have spent money here before. (The voucher was at home and I was already in the area running errands on that extra hot day months ago)
So we’ve established previous patronage and therefore not likely to be a scam attempt. Regardless, that onus of responsibility does NOT fall on the customer. I left with a feeling of mistrust and debated whether it was worth ever returning.

Today (8/22/25), I returned to redeem my voucher and asked the same cashier if she had gotten a chance to discuss the free voucher with the owner. She said that the owner would not honor the voucher but would provide a discount on a purchase. His reasoning for doing so is that the voucher is very old, and their new cashier/computer system does not have an option for accepting the voucher.

I explained that there is no expiration date on the card, the owner was clear about my wife and I being welcome to come in and redeem it at any time, and that failing to honor your word or set clear expectations is not something that customers/community will condone. I informed her that my review of the establishment will be very thorough and I was transparent about my opinion of their customer service.

Furthermore, any update to your cashier software should have included methods to accept coupons that YOU distributed.

The cashier’s response is that it’s my fault that I waited so long to use the voucher and nothing can be done to capture the transaction.

I’ve included a picture of the voucher for reference.
Note the lack of issue or expiration date. (I even used the back of the card to jot down a phone number because it was empty space)

I RARELY rate businesses as poorly as this because in most instances a respectful conversation mitigates any misunderstandings or bad experiences. But I strongly recommend taking your business to a daiquiri provider that honors it’s invitations and values their customers.

I can recommend honorable businesses that provide daiquiris with ACTUAL SPIRITS (LIQUOR) instead of wine based slushies topped with lies and wolf tickets such as this one.

Awesome customer service. Sierra was friendly, willing to inform us of new menu items and what we may enjoy. The drinks were delicious and would highly recommend it! Fruity ones are the ones to choose from if you are like me and enjoy a sweet taste during happy hour.

Lady working the counter on 11/15/2025 was rude. She was also stuffing her face with chipotle and looked at my family like we interrupted her meal. I spoke to her twice and no she never responded. Horrible customer service on her part.

I was intrigued by the positive reviews and decided to give this place a try. However, upon entering, I realized that the reviews about the excellent service are likely exaggerated or influenced by the owner’s family and friends. The service was truly awful. The staff was incredibly rude and unfriendly. When I approached the lady at checkout, instead of a warm greeting, I was met with a blank stare and a dismissive “What do you want?”. The drinks were also disappointing.

This is a real review. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Wow! Definitely will be back! Stop by randomly leave my grandparents and decided to stop by for a quick drink. The atmosphere was definitely a good vibe and the service was top tier! If you go, do yourself a favor and ask for Sierra. Sierra was extremely helpful, friendly and patient with me. Very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. Only get service like this at Chick-Fil-A lol. More places need to hire more employees like her. Didn’t get any food but the drinks were delicious! Definitely will be back!
