Came in with my family after the funeral and the team was so kind to us. We felt like we were home with the staff. Thanks for bringing joy to an otherwise tough situation. Great selection of cider and beer!

The service was great! We were truly made to feel welcomed. Nice rotating selection of craft beers. The burger and brisket flatbread was delicious! We will definitely be back!

I don’t understand how this restaurant has such high reviews. We went based on these reviews and were greatly disappointed. The server was very nice but everything else was sorely lacking. They were out of MANY items including their beer cheese and their good buns. My husband ordered a burger and it was tasteless and seemed to have been a frozen patty on a Walmart Great Value bun. His should have come with chips but it was brought to us with nothing. We had to ask for the chips. I ordered the barbecue brisket sandwich which was also on a Walmart bun and should have had chips but instead came with potato salad. I decided to try the potato salad which was okay but likely also just store-bought. We were not given any utensils and I had to ask twice for a fork or spoon and STILL never got one so I ended up eating my potato salad with my husband’s chips. We will never return here and would never recommend it to anyone.

The beer is fantastic, and they even let you try small samples if your uncertain about the flavor. The food is really good and filling.
Absolutely loved the service. Everyone was very down to earth and friendly, special mention for Jason who talked with my wife and I about what the Icehouse hopes to do in the near future.
I will deffinantly be coming here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

A really good handcrafted burger is the signature food item here. If craving a burger and not wanting a chain fast food burger the is the place to go in Oakland. And if you’re craving a beer seems to be a large selection as well. Super service by Lauren today. Enjoy.

After my day, jus imagine me goin to a craft beer joint. Another great decision by me as that place was awesome! The owner was kewl af as he got Texas roots as do I, even some common stomping grounds and musical interests. The brews actually tasted great and cold. Not the biggest beer fan, the one I liked had apricot and citrus notes. Another had a dark cherry thing goin. The food tastes good but a pinch much on the salt. The beer is great here! Good selection and it’s nice to have a laid back local place to come sit and have a beer or two. We tried the flatbread pizza and it was delicious. Staff was really friendly. We brought in our own growler to fill up and take home. We’ll be back!

I am definitely not usually an IPA lover, however enter my new favorite local brew The 4 Horsemen! We had such a great time chatting with the guys and trying some great pours. Highly recommend stopping in to try any of their on tap offerings and if you luck up and see the Dill Pickle Sour in the cooler grab it!
