Family visit for a fish fry. Fabulous selection. The walleye was excellent, as were the fries and cole slaw. Speedy, friendly service. Lovely crowd. Perfect Wisconsin Friday night.

We stopped in for a bite on our way to a tour of the abandon asylum a few miles away. On a Saturday night there was only a couple of people in the place. The bartender seemed surprised we wanted food. The burger was freezer burned and inedible, so in retrospect I understand why.
Also, keep your head on a swivel leaving the place. As the name infers, this little hamlet sits at a weird and unsafe junction of roads, and people come flying through there at high speeds.

Nice, clean local bar. Bartender was very friendly. Questionable pricing- my husband had the Oosburger(hamburger and brat patty) reasonable price at $9.00. Small Side order of onion rings was $7.00. I had a cheeseburger with fries. Burger was $5.50 and fries were $4.00. One mixed drink and one beer. – walked out with a $37.00 tab before tip. Portions were adequate but not excessive.

Really had a fun relaxing time. Everyone there staff and fellow patrons were pleasant and fun to chat with. Drinks were delicious and priced Right. All 3 types of fish were we prepared and delicious- not fishy. Fries were kinda boring but I’m not a fry guy. We’ll be back.

Very good fish. Good selection of types of fish. Fried. Comes with fries, no potato pancakes. Informal bar atmosphere, comfortable to new comers. Small groups or sit at bar. Nothing bad to say.

They have an assume Friday Fish Fry. I love their perch and walleyes dinner’s. The service is excellent and friendly. They also have an great broasted chicken dinner on Saturdays. Great place to eat and meet people.

Great food for an even better price. The only reson they did not get 5 stars is that rheu where way under staffed without any help wanted signs out meaning this was a decition of the owner not to have another staff on .
