A fun and enjoyable view to the oatron, it immediately looks tacky and very casinoesque..as WE EXPECTED/WELCOMED. A very lighthearted atmosphere, surrounded by giant things, and mock ups, that keep the eyes moving.
The staff were matched to the atmosphere. They hire the right people, to assure the energy remains consistent. Definitely a plus.
Because, when you recieve the menu, and see what they are charging fir an underwhelming plate of food, YOU WILL need that WOW, to get you over the completely overindukged charge, for such an atmosphere.
Dont get me wrong, Im MORE than happy to pay for great food, service, and quality. Our family owns restaurants. But, this harkens the 20 dollar grilled cheese, to the likes of Planet Hollywood/Rock Cafe excess, that has ZERO to do with anything more than PRODUCTION cost.
Im glad that these are meccas for the Jimmy Buffet and similar crowds. For sure, enjoy and embrace everything that makes your boat float. But, I cant look at a redturant with better food, merely yards away, and better pricing, just to be indulged by an indoor giant blender…and a plate of half hearted nacho preparation.
What really stood out, aside from the food, was the service. My waiter was a young gentleman with a mustache who was incredibly friendly and attentive. He made sure I had everything I needed and was happy to answer any questions. His positive attitude and eagerness to help made the meal even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights of the visit was watching the “Sharknado rain whisky”—a fun, quirky part of the Margaritaville experience that I can’t wait to see again. Overall, I had a great time and will definitely be coming back. If you’re in the area and want good food and a great atmosphere, this place is worth a visit.
Double burger seasoned great. Very pleased with our 1st visit. Highly recommend.
The atmosphere was great. Loved the decor and the look of the restaurant. This is my first experience at an actual restaurant. We loved the hurricane party and the stilt walkers who were making balloons.
The service was extremely slow. We were asked if we were staying for the NYE festivities and if we would be it would be an additional $10 charge per person. We informed the server we will not be staying there for the events (band and party). They said we needed to be out by a certain time or we would be charged. We stated that if we are here later due to slow service we should not be charged cause it’s not our fault that we would be stuck later than wanted.
The food was not worth the buck. Several of us ordered steaks that were extremely small and overcooked. Very overpriced for what we were fed.
Glad to have experienced this place once but will probably not do it again. Food cost was extremely high for what you receive. Save your money and go eat somewhere else unless you have discounts. Oh and they don’t accept AARP at this location.
