Today I stood up for 10 minutes to get someone to make my kids and me a meal, I ended leaving after the tall woman that was making some online orders completely ignore us. Do better job with customer service.

This Subway is usually an average experience but today was definitely the exception. I needed a quick drink so I could get back to my job across the street. Their was only one crew member available but I was not aware of that so I activated the door sensor while the crew member was helping other customers. I walked in and out maybe 4-5 times at most to try and get the attention of an associate in the back (if one was available) so that they could hopefully come help the line. I wouldve asked but the crew member was in the middle of helping a customer so I didn’t want to be rude. The crew member looked up and and let me know that she was alone. I then smiled and apologized and proceeded to be very polite. She finished helping her current customer, moved to the next and was about to start cooking a sandwich in the oven. I politely asked then if she had time to quickly ring me up in between sandwiches cooking. I’ve had this done many times before and I asked very politely. She informed me that if I wouldn’t have committed my “stunt” then she would help me but since I appently annoyed her, she was going to force me to wait. She was obviously trying to be disrespectful and rude when I hadn’t acted rudely towards her at all. There nay have been a misunderstanding about the door sensor but I was polite the entire time. I even informed her she was doing a good job before she acted so rudely. I decided to leave as that was uncalled for. I told her to have a blessed day but unfortunately I did cuss in my phrasing and I am sorry about that. I cussed in my sentence but i did not cuss her out. Her name is Sarah. She had a bad attitude and decided to take it out on me. I can’t in good honesty patron an establishment with that kind of service. I worked in minimum wage food service for 5 years and never treated a polite customer like that.

I’ve never been more ignored in my life. The woman waiting on me continued to talking to her co-worker about gaming as she made my order. 1/2 of the bell peppers were yellow & brown, the avocado spread was mostly brown.

I don’t understand why they couldn’t make my DoorDash order. Supposedly someone had come to pick up my order that subway claimed was two tuna subs. Which in fact was not what I had ordered. Subway told the DoorDasher that the person had already left with my order. No one answers the phone here so don’t bother calling. Confused my order with someone else’s order. My order was in fact a tuna sub coincidentally but came with a cookie and not another tuna sub. However, subway told the dasher that they refused to make my order. Of course the order was never delivered to me. If you’re going to order from them just go in person.

The boy didn’t even kno how to make our sandwiches and there was no one there that could help him. 2 other employees said they did not kno how to make them either.
My husband’s sandwich taste terrible..for the price your charging they should at least taste good. The big working did have good manners and was very apologetic and said he was new but this is the 4th time in the last year with the same results.

My sisters and my mother went in this store last week. The sub creator was rude to the customer before them. When my sister went to order the sub creator was rude and nasty to her as well. She also didn’t have on a name tag. My sister kept asking what her name was and the employee told her she didn’t have to tell her her name. She didn’t even have on a hair net or apron either. She then threw my sister’s food and told her she didn’t have to put up with her or serve her and told her to leave. My mom tried to order something for my littlest sister and she told her to get out too because she wasn’t putting up with her or serving her either. She then started mocking her because she has a strong Asian accent. Completely uncalled for. Subway corporate AND WALMART CORPORATE will be notified about this disgusting employee.

I love Subway and even more so when they have coupons out but at this location I keep getting this fair complexion, Ginger who is vampire drained of all personality. She looks right at you and just goes through the motions with no personality or thrill to try to suggest a sale. I have nothing against her I just wish she would smile and pretend she enjoy her job and believes in the product she is suppose to be selling. Other than that I LOVE THIS LOCATION! I’m giving a 4star rating due to the dread of walking in and she is fixing my food. Sorry.

Lady making our sandwiches was apparently unable to talk. She seemed very upset for no reason and was talking so terribly low i had to ask her 5 different times what she said. Thought maybe it was a medical problem until her friend came in talking to her then suddenly she was talking normally again and laughing. Watched her do the same thing to other customers with the upside down frown and extremely low tone. I gotta ask how the heck you can work with customers when you cant even communicate. Absolutely ridiculous
