From the moment I arrived, the server was on her personal phone making calls. While she was interacting with other customers, she was not attentive to our table, and I had to pick up the menu myself. When I mentioned this, she apologized but blamed being busy with other clients—even though the restaurant was nearly empty for a Saturday lunchtime.
I ordered fresh spring rolls and a seafood pho. Unfortunately, the spring rolls were missing basic fresh herbs such as mint, cilantro, or Thai basil, which are essential for this dish. The peanut sauce was extremely watery and lacked flavor.
To make matters worse, when I tried to add sriracha, the sauce would not come out of the bottle. When I opened it, there was a solid, dried block of sauce inside. I informed the server, and instead of replacing the bottle, she pushed the hardened sauce back inside and told me I could use it. This was unhygienic and frankly disgusting.
The pho was also served without the usual fresh garnishes—no Thai basil or bean sprouts—which further added to the disappointment.
Overall, this restaurant needs serious improvement in service, attentiveness, food quality, hygiene, and atmosphere. Given how empty the restaurant was, this experience was especially concerning. I would not recommend it until these issues are addressed
We arrive to an empty restaurant. Several tables sit messy, clearly untouched for some time. When the server tells us to sit anywhere we like, the disorder narrows our options to two tables suitable for a party of two.
While we wait, the server is occupied with a phone call on full speaker. The call never ends. It continues for the duration of our meal, an ever-present distraction. When she eventually takes our drink order, the drinks arrive fifteen minutes later. Mine is incorrect and has to be sent back.
When the appetizers arrive, there are no plates. We retrieve chopsticks from another table and eat directly from the appetizer dishes.
While waiting for our main course, another couple walks in. They wait almost ten minutes without acknowledgment. When the server finally returns, the couple has already decided to leave. I’m not sure the server even noticed she lost a customer, she remains absorbed in her phone call.
Throughout the entire meal, a home improvement show blares from the speakers. This is not the soundtrack I had in mind for a Vietnamese restaurant. Music, or even silence, would have been preferable.
We finish our pho. It’s good. The speakerphone call continues. The messy table beside us is never cleared.
Decorations were very interesting but not disappointing
The fresh spring rolls were very tough. The pork was bland and seemed like it was pre packaged, same as the shrimp. Over all 2.5/5 on the spring rolls

I would recommend here but I would warn about certain things
As stated it’s been almost 3 years since our last visit. At 1:30 pm on Saturday the 17th of May, there was nobody in this place. It was kinda dim as some of the lights were off. Oh you could still see, but it wasn’t as bright. It was also a bit on the warm side. There was a floor fan on but the A/C was set to 80°. A great indicator that this place was having or did have some financial issues. There was only one hostess. I’m not sure if she was an owner or what. She greeted me and my wife and we had any number of places to sit; again nobody was there. We ordered fairly quickly. 5 Spring Rolls, a Mocha Tea Boba and a Mango Boba. The beverages took a bit as our hostess or owner, again I don’t know, spent her beverage making time, ALL OF IT, on her C-phone. It certainly seemed it was someone she knew as there was periodic laughing. My wife and I didn’t find it amusing in the least as she was more invested in her phone conversation than us. Another sign as to why this place could be in trouble.
The Spring Rolls eventually came and on the surface, nothing remarkable. *Like I can’t wait to devour this dude. The roll itself had two shrimp, mainly filled with lettuce, no carrots, no radish, some real thin noodles. The roll itself was chewy to get through. Very bland. Flashback to three years ago and remembering how awesome these Spring Rolls were. How colorful, and the bite was very good and good mouth feel.
These Spring Rolls were nowhere close to the aforementioned. Night and day difference. I’m not for sure what happened over a seemingly short period of time from 2022 to 2025, but it’s not the same. It’s actually gone backwards in quality. That’s my opinion.
Lastly there’s been price changes which you can see with the white stickers pasted over the old prices on the menus. Tacky if you ask me. Others would agree. Another sign something seems amiss.
Really, the only thing enjoyable was the Boba. That’s the only reason for the
2⭐, were the drinks.
Certainly won’t be coming back.
