Rip off I paid 12 dollars n change for a ham egg n cheese on a roll. The sandwich had one slice of ham one slice of cheese n egg. I also got an Arizona iced tea and a monster energy drink NOT WORTH IT

Purchased two bagels here. 1 plain. 1 cinnamon raisin. Both were light & crispy and tasted like I was eating a roll. I’ve never had bagels that tasted like that before. For a place called bagel & deli, they sure don’t know how to make bagels. Prices were also high. I think they take advantage of the high school students. Would not recommend.

i got the chicken cutlet cup bap. it was good. The japchae was great and the kimchi wasn’t too strong, but the chicken was a little bit burnt and the rice lacked salt. Otherwise, nice place, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. But the cups are 13 dollars, not 12 as it says in the store or $15 like on here.

Ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and bacon. Was around 10:30 on a Sunday. At 11 o’clock I walked back to the counter to ask about my bagel. By this time several people with larger and more complicated orders had entered, ordered, and been served. After trying to hand me a bagel that was clearly not mine, and one of the other staff members saying it wasn’t my bagel, I was told it wasn’t ready yet. They were not excessively busy, I can see no reason why my order was not complete; especially when people who ordered bagels with eggs and cheese and other meats were able to have their food before me even though they ordered after. They also made a mistake on one of the other customer’s orders. Seems like it would have been a great spot but I will NEVER go here again. The delay in service leads me to believe there are larger problems with the place that I dont want to think about when trying to get food. Needless to say I did not wait for them to finish my order, I went to the checkers across the street.

I was in the area taking care of some business and realized I wanted a bagel. After a quick Google search this place came up as a 6 minute walk. I walked there and upon entering I had a feeling I wasn’t going to like the bagel. I still got 2 everything bagels and brought them home. These were not legit bagels at all. The density was off and they seemed more like a roll with a hole in the middle. Very disappointing.
For a business to have the word bagel in its name, they should at least serve a decent bagel.

High quality product. If I had more money I would spend more of it here! staff very nice and mostly sweet Asian people. Hope they can keep the quality up I know times can be hard. Consistently quick or moderately Quick Service they are good this way
