This location seems to be struggling with supply issues and staffing problems. Every time I visit this location, they never have what I want to order. I recommend going to Alonso’s across the parking area for some of the best Mexican food in Arizona. Enjoy and safe travels.

Ordered a 3 of the 3 piece chicken plank meal. I asked to substitute on 1 order from Cole slaw to fries, when I arrived home to feed family one of the chicken plank meal had a chicken cut in half and consider a 3 piece, plus they did not add more fries to the order instead still gave me the Cole slaw. I was disappointed plus the order was expensive for the order and only getting 1 chicken plank cut in half.

Had me pull around because they were dropping “fresh” food (which is fine). However! It took 25 minutes for them to bring the order out. They forgot all sauces and gave me chicken instead of fish. It was also cold. EXTREMELY dissatisfied and disappointed because I had been very excited to try their food.

We hadn’t been to this restaurant in 3 years, because on 2 prior times the fish we ordered was so greasy it took about 3 napkins to absorb up the grease. We decided to give it another try. Big mistake. Same issue of the fish being too greasy, like it had been put in the fryer a 2nd time to warm it up after sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The French fries were leathery, for the same reason. The hush puppies tasted alright. The staff was very friendly, but we will not be going back ever.

To start I stood at the counter for a long time, finally called out hello, no response, walked over and looked in the back, no one, called out hello louder, still no response. Finally after walking back and forth and almost a five minute wait someone in the very far back saw me and came up. I got the 2 fish 3 chicken combo. The chicken was hard and inedible, the fish was good. The fries were soggy and the ketchup had a weird aftertaste. I love long john silvers but my visit to this location was extremely disappointing. Oh and the ice maker wasn’t working so no ice 🙁

Uuuggghh….. WORST LJS EVER!!! I was passing through on the interstate, stopped and went thru the drive thru…. BIG MISTAKE. Three hours later, severe stomach cramps, diarrhea that smells just like the food. Extreme nausea. I’ll never eat at another LJS as long as I live.
