Jersey Mikes Im so mad you have me writing a hate review. Usually this is my favorite place i can go to knowing i’ll be left happy. today I was already having a rough day and I got my usual order (I even got a giant which I never do). the bread was stale and there was maybe a single layer of topping. all i was basically eating was stale bread. I also want to note that i had it delivered, so if employees just don’t care about making sandwiches when the customer is not right in front of them then they need to fix that. stop being so stingy, and treat them the same. its like $16 for a giant, make it worth it. I understand if its busy things can get crazy, but also.. do better. where is nick when i need him, he’s amazing. thank you for wasting my money and ruining my day jersey mikes

Best Jersey Mike’s ever. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was so friendly and greeted me like they knew me forever. Everyone had a smile on their face and was making everyone feel welcome. There was clear synergy between the team working here.
Funny story. I typically get a Chipotle Cheesesteak every time I go to Jersey Mikes. It’s been a few months, I was having a long day at work, and I forgot my typical order when I approached the register.
One of the guys at the register asked me what I wanted. I responded with “Umm.. what do I want..” and Nick, who was on the line, looks at me and goes “ This guy wants a cheesesteak!”.
I started busting out laughing because it was actually what I wanted. Then, the guy the cash register looks at me again and asks, “What kind of cheesesteak do you want?” I look at the menu, say “I don’t know”, and he goes “Uh oh… ok. You want a Chipotle Cheesesteak”. I said “Yes! That’s what I always get!”. A girl working the line looks at me and says “We make subs and read minds for a living”.
At this point, we were all cracking up in disbelief, and it was just such an awesome experience before I even got my food. It was so great to be in the energy of others that work hard and have fun at work.
The sub was fresh and amazing. While I was eating, I noticed there were multiple other people that were coming in to pick up DoorDash orders, etc. and again, you’d think the staff knew these customers forever by the way they treated them, and made them feel at home.
I will definitely be back to this Jersey Mike’s. 10 stars from me!

I stopped by early evening for a Jersey Mike’s steak sub take out. The service was friendly and the food was hot and delicious. I never had an issue with this location. I enjoy the food and service!

Took like 30 mins to get 2 subs. Customers were standing all over the place. Seemed like noone knew where the hell the line started or which of the 3 guys to order from. 1 guy was just apologizing to everyone for taking so long instead of actually working on making the subs. The other 2 were working like slugs as well. I’ll go to bobs sub or subway next time

Order Disappointment – Portabella Swiss Cheese Sandwich
I recently ordered a Portabella Swiss Cheese sandwich with extra mushrooms from Jersey Mike’s, expecting the quality shown in promotional images (see first image). Unfortunately, what I received was extremely disappointing (see second image).
The sandwich was dry, lacked adequate filling, and had barely any mushrooms — I counted just about 10 small pieces, unevenly spread across the bread. Despite paying for extra mushrooms, the sandwich felt empty and poorly assembled.
This is not the quality I expect from Jersey Mike’s. I hope you can address this inconsistency in quality control and ensure better preparation in the future.
