Ordered to go Philly sandwich with no pickles and extra cheese. No extra cheese was added. Still placed a pickle in my container and on the sandwich itself the onions and peppers were full slices bigger than the meat itself.

Nolans is going down hill. The last two times I’ve eaten the food, it’s been burnt. The first time I went in with my parents. The chicken for the chicken pita was so dry. My mom got a rubbon. She wanted no sour crout. With coslaw on the side. The cook messed it up, my mom sent it back. She got the second sandwich how she wanted but the bread was burnt. She had to basically change out the bread on the sandwiches.

A few nights ago we ordered to pick up. My child’s pizza was so hard and burnt she wouldn’t eat it.

If you value your health and your dignity, stay far away from Nolan’s Irish Pub. What was meant to be a simple dinner turned into a medical and literal mess.
I ordered the patty melt. While it looked cooked through, it had a “funny” taste that I should have taken as a warning sign. Within an hour of leaving, the situation became dire. I didn’t even make it home before my digestive system completely gave up, resulting in a deeply humiliating “accident” in my pants during the drive home.
My friend didn’t fare much better with the steak salad. He spent the rest of the evening doubled over with a severely upset stomach. It’s clear that food safety is not a priority in this kitchen.
Even the basics were a failure. The water was absolutely revolting—it tasted raw and unfiltered, which made it nearly undrinkable. When a restaurant can’t even manage clean water, you know the hygiene standards are non-existent.This place is a health hazard. Between the food poisoning and the sheer embarrassment of the aftermath, this was the worst dining experience of my life. Warning: Eat here at your own risk—and maybe bring a change of clothes.

We heard it had good fish n chips so that’s what we ordered. The soup came 1st and we got clam chowder which was tasty and French onion which was very salty so we sent back..the server said few folks didn’t like it so got Irish potato soup which was very good. The fish was tasty. But little greasy. All in all not bad place with good service. Will try again.

Nolan’s Irish Pub delivered one of the most disappointing dining experiences in recent memory, both in terms of food quality and customer service. The way management handled the issue at the table came across as dismissive and disrespectful.Food qualityThe food was excessively salty to the point of being barely edible, and the overall flavor was unpleasant and unbalanced. The chicken was overcooked, extremely dry, and so tough it was difficult to cut or chew, which is simply unacceptable for a paid meal in a sit‑down restaurant. Service and management responseAfter explaining the problems with the meal, staff removed the food from the table but refused to take it off the bill, essentially charging full price for something they knew the customer could not eat. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering to remake or remove the dish, management offered only a small senior discount of about $1.70, which felt more like an insult than a genuine attempt to make things right. Questionable chargesThe bill also included an unexplained surcharge of around $1.30, with no clear justification or prior explanation, which comes across as a sneaky add‑on rather than a transparent fee. Between the inedible food, refusal to adjust the bill, and surprise surcharge, the overall impression is that customer satisfaction is far less important to this establishment than squeezing a few extra dollars out of each table. Overall impressionThis experience reflects poorly on both the kitchen and the front‑of‑house management, and it does not align with the standard of hospitality one should expect from a pub operating in a competitive dining area. Based on this visit, this is not a place that deserves repeat business, and others should think carefully before dining here if they value quality food, honest billing, and basic respect as a customer.

Food used to be good but over the years it has gone down hill and service is following the food trend . I have never in my life been served burnt croutons . So I sent food back and offered to pay for drinks and salads and I was charged 5$ a salad I will never be back. When this place goes out of business it will be no surprise to anyone, how many places have we seen price gouge the customer and go out of business ? Got a response that is a complete lie my picture is dated and time stamp as well as showing the city and state . so not only was the food bad they try to lie about it not being them . What a joke . Instead of fixing the issue they lie about it .

Service and food are top notch! Expensive but worth it! Delicious food and brought home leftovers. Loved how my drink came and made it a more fun experience.

Most of the time it’s okay! But it can be hit or miss! It does get a very smoky smell, I think, from the kitchen sometimes. It can be a bit much! Service is usually good.
