This is a great location! The gas station is directly in front of the sign so it can be interesting to see that. The people who waited on me were fabulous there were 2 dunking donuts employees, I bought a frozen coffee drink, that I didn’t love. But the donuts were fresh, great tasting and totally makes me want to come back for more! I got a box of the little popper donuts the Boston cream and jelly filled. They are addictive! Can’t wait to go back and try other items.

This is not dunkin donuts coffee I’ve drank dunkin donuts coffee my whole life there is a million of them downstate. Its extremely watery here and litterally taste like coffee flavored water. Normally the coffee is amazing it is not at this location at all, they are doing something wrong either by not using enough grounds, or the machine itself is faulty or on the wrong setting. Whatever it is something is off and its not your average delicious cup of dunkin donuts coffee

I agree with another reviewer. I get Dunkin coffee all over the state and even country, it’s the one thing I enjoy knowing it’s consistently great! Unfortunately, that is NOT the case at this Dunkin. The coffee was super bitter and just tasted awful. I’m super bummed because I have five more mornings here to find good coffee!

I just adore this place! The ability to order online and pick up at the drive-thru window is an absolute lifesaver on those super busy days. The staff is always so friendly, quick, and polite. I’ve had my fair share of waits at other fast-food spots in town—like waiting for 30 minutes just to get the wrong order! When I’m in a hurry, there’s no doubt about where I’m stopping. Dunkin’ is definitely the fastest and most reliable place in Grayling for getting food on the go!

Be prepared to wait. The drinks and the staff are amazing but I not sure how the process goes to order. Even when I order on the app a half hour prior to being in the store, I still have to stand and wait for my drink. Not complaining but they have the drive thru taken care of right quick and I’ll watch cars pull in, order and leave with their goodies before I get my drink that I ordered online 30 minutes prior. They could work on that.

I Looked up hours online before I drove there. I arrived at 8:30pm business hours are 5am-9pm Everyday confirmed updated hours within the last 6weeks by the business itself only to find the store had apparently closed early screens off all cleaned up dining lights off not a car in the parking lot what a waste of time and money!

Thank you to the kind lady employee who was patient and helped me order donuts, coffee and recommending something frozen for my toddler. It was mid day and the donuts were fresh with a great selection of availability still. My coffee was perfect and my son was beaming with joy with his frozen vanilla bean drink. I appreciate that I am never rushed when ordering and they always help me when I am undecided. The to go window makes ordering without taking my toddler out of the car a breeze! Highly recommend stopping by.

Would have been 5 star for service but cashier didn’t bother looking to see if anyone was pumping gas before she turned pumps off to do a price change.

There is a Marathon gas station at this location as well. It’s a nice place, however, if a gas pump is not working for ANY reason, put a sign or a flag on it so people know it’s not working!! Also, every shift change employees should be required to check the receipt holder on every pump. I don’t know how many times I’ve gone to this brand new gas station, paid at the pump and the receipt container is empty, so I end up having to go inside to get a receipt for my gas purchase. Obviously, if people want to pay at the pump for convenience, they shouldn’t have to waste time going inside to get the receipt.
