This is the kind of coffee shop that makes you feel instantly welcome. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. The woman behind the counter was delightful and happily offered recommendations that worked with our sugar-free needs.
I was eyeing their January special, the Sugar Cookie Latte, and she went above and beyond to accommodate a nearly sugar-free version. It was indulgent without the guilt, and knowing they make most of their flavor syrups in-house (except the sugar-free ones) made it feel even more special.
My husband asked the barista to surprise him, and she delivered a breve buttered pecan hot latte that blew his mind. He drank it so fast I’m not sure he even tasted it.
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with rustic western décor that adds charm and character. It’s the kind of place you want to linger in, whether you’re catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment. And the bathroom signs? Hilarious and memorable are just one more touch that shows how much personality this place has. I really wish I had a bathroom that I could get one of these signs to display it.
Overall, a great experience, and I hope we will get the chance to visit this place again

I love all their lattes. Wonderful flavors. Their syrups are homemade which means better ingredient’s. Wonderful owners and staff, very kind! Nice clean place to hang out! They have music and fun nights like crafts and festivals here too!

This is a great little coffee shop in Liberty, NC. Interior is decorate nicely giving a warm inviting atmosphere. There are tall tables and cozy leather chairs and sofa to sit. I ordered a cappuccino with in house made caramel syrup. The cappuccino was perfectly brewed and prepared, no other add ins needed. Please stop by for a wonderful cup of coffee. I understand they also have wine and music in the evening. Give Liberty Grounds a try. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

two words for you: homemade syrups! i had a coconut cold brew with white mocha cold foam and it was EXQUISITE. so many creative drinks to choose from. Anna & Ginger were so kind, you can tell how passionate they are about you enjoying your experience and getting a drink you’ll love. such a cute interior too! perfect spot to work remotely or catch up with a friend. i’m not familiar with Liberty, but i guarantee this place is the town’s gem. absolutely worth the visit!

Saturday February 7th, 2026. This was my first time visiting Liberty Grounds. I have been wanting to try coffee shop out for sometime.It was very busy for my first time. I was expecting the wait time to be over 20 minutes.I don’t know the young man name that took my coffee order. He was so polite, helped me with my coffee order decision. I only waited maybe 7 minutes. He made my coffee for me. As I walked out the door I took a sip and said mmmm this is good. I came back the next day. Liberty grounds will be my weekend coffee stop. Everyone there is welcoming.

This coffee shop has the best atmosphere upon walking in. I was greeted quickly and kindly by the woman behind the espresso machine as well as the lovely smell of coffee. I asked for a cold sweet coffee with caramel, and she was so sweet to help me through tge process of finding out exactly what I wanted! I am not good at coffee types so this was really above and beyond. The coffee tastes absolutely delicious and the price is unbeatable! Thank you! 10/10

I love, love, LOVE this place. Coffee and energy drinks are amazing the staff are so sweet and family friendly. Their local events are so thoughtful and fun. The cinnamon buns are to die for! They have free kids toys and coloring pages. They have a little free book area and little back room for hanging out. It’s such a great place to just enjoy a coffee date. I literally go there once a week. The owners put in so much thought to make your experience great each time. They even have little punch cards for free coffee! I mena cmon! It like a family-friendly starbucks with all the local vibes of cuteness! Go check it out you won’t be disappointed!
