Starbucks was the start / finish today for our 5K / 10K 6th anniversary run for the Prosper Running Club (PRC). After our run, we ordered the Pike Place to go coffee box and then enjoyed some good conversation out on the patio. We’re planning to come back and perhaps make this our regular meeting spot for our Saturday morning PRC long runs.

Ive been going to this Starbucks daily for 10ish days. Its 2min from my house. And I can confidently say 5 of those 10 times they get my order wrong. “Iced caramel protein matcha” and they cant seem to figure it out.

Received a lecture from the drive through lady because I showed up a few minutes early for my pick up, but I still had to wait in the drive through line for 10 minutes so it didn’t really matter in the end. They then proceeded to be super rude to me at the drive through window. Worst drive through service I’ve ever experienced. Do not recommend this location.

My Strawberry Acai lemonade was basically clear with a HINT of pink. Only tasted lemonade the drink was very bad. Barista at the drive through line was very distant and did not say anything to us besides the price.

I have to say that by far the best Starbucks in DFW area. I drive from downtown Dallas due to work and no other Starbucks has made my hazelnut latte like this location. All the staff is super nice and friendly.

I went inside, and the indoors was disgusting, with no floors sweeped or vaccumed. There were stains on the floors and walls, and even worse was the bathroom. The toilets had waste left in them, and there was toilet paper all over the floor. The mirror was also stained with some sort of liquid. Do not recommend.

I went in last week on the Thursday and Saturday morning, on Thursday I ask for a pumpkin spice drink it did not taste like pumpkin spice at all. So I gave him another try on Saturday morning it was the same thing not a taste of pumpkin spice as previous years I don’t know what the problem is better hope you fix the problem soon.
