Everything about this place is so lovely and cozy. We stopped in on a whim and are sooo glad we did. After we walked in, a lovely lady greeted us and made us feel so welcome. After engaging in conversation, we learned that we were talking to Josie herself! We talked about her story and were so excited to be a part of it. The crispy Chile Rellenos are honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten, and I fell in love with the place. Josie even brought us their signature Flan on the house. We will absolutely be returning and cannot recommend this place enough 🙂

We walked being greeted by a warm smile and the heavenly smell of authentic food made with love. The food was absolutely divine, the green enchiladas were magical and mixed perfectly with the house made rice. This place has the passion and atmosphere to transport you to a warm home with love in every corner.

Of all the taco places we’ve tried in Longmont so far, this is our favorite. The food is always fresh and comes out quickly. The owner greets us and engages with us like we’re family (one time her actual family was there). You have to give this place a try.

The breakfast tacos are delicious! I got the bacon, chorizo & sausage with no extra toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc) on flour. Really good. These feed my native Austinite soul. Josie is delightful. Don’t miss this gem!

This was a find for us. I asked our waitress what she suggested and got the Chipotle Chicken tacos…turns out our waitress was the owner, Josie! She said the nicest thing “This is my business and I am taking care of it for you” The tacos were amazing and we will definitely be back!

Josie’s Tacos is everything you want in a family-friendly taqueria—warm, welcoming, and full of flavor. Josie herself makes you feel at home the moment you walk in, and the happy atmosphere is just as satisfying as the food. (Just a heads-up: their online presence is still a bit confusing since the name change from Benny’s in 2024, and the closure of Josie’s Tacos & Hamburgers in Mead, but don’t let that discourage you). Definitely worth the trip to Main St. Longmont, between 3rd and 4th Ave.

Really great breakfast burritos! I’ve been to about ten places in town and this is one of the top spots. I always forget to ask for extra salsa before paying, but I bet those are really good too. Josie’s favorite is a nice change of pace from regular breakfast burritos.

HIGHLY recommend going here, they are the sweetest people working there. Plus the food was so delicious I got a torta with ham and it was probably one of the best tortas I’ve had. Definitely recommend checking it out
