I have to say, the food from the Taste of India food truck has been by far the best Indian food my husband and I have ever tasted. I have been to multiple states and tried different Indian restaurants. California, Florida, South Carolina, but the one from KS was the best. They are so neat, clean and organized, and their food makes you leak your fingers lol. Definitely we recommend them

i Use to love coming here, but they shut down for like a few months then opened back up and its not the same, i got the same thing every time and just went back and its completely different. I got the peppers Fry curry and there is no curry type its just chicken with seasoning. I wish the old cooks was back it will not be the same

Ordered spicy and mild vindaloo, butter chicken, both naans and veggie mimosas.
The guy that took our order was a complete gentleman to my wife and I. Helped gauge our spice levels and made recommendations. Always had a smile on his face, extremely friendly.
He said a twenty minute wait, took fifteen or less.
The portion sizes are enough for two people per entree. We got three and now have plenty of delicious leftovers.
Yes the food is delicious. I preferred the spicy vindaloo over the butter and non spicy variant but all were delicious. The garlic naan is superior but the plain goes especially well with dipping. The mimosa wasn’t for me but my wife absolutely loved them.
To sum it up, we’ll definitely be repeat customers.

I love this food truck!! Their Chicken Tika Masala is soooooo good!!! Sometimes I just think about it. Takes a little bit of time to make the food but boy is it worth it! I wish it was open earlier though so I could get lunch there too.

Driving thru Junction City and happened upon the Taste of India food truck and had to stop. You should too! I ordered the Tikka Masala with lamb and an order of garlic naan. In less than 15 minutes I had my lunch. The portion size is large and gives me a delicious snack later. The flavor is superb and I will definitely be making this a regular spot when in town. 10/10 highly recommended!

The food was amazing and absolutely delicious. I planned on buying two meals, one for dinner and another for lunch, but I ended up eating both. I just couldn’t help my self, it was so good. I highly recommend them. If you never had Indian Food, ask for recommendations from the owners.

Wow! Terrific Indian food served here. Ok, once you get past the fact The Taste of India is a food trailer and not a restaurant and just order from the great menu, you’ll be enjoying some very good food fast. The food is piping hot with fresh vegetables and spices. We were passing through the city but if we’re ever back we’ll seek out these folks for some very tasty Indian dishes. We highly recommend giving them a try.

Used to live around a lot of Indian restaurants in Chicago. Been having trouble finding good Indian food ever since I left. This place brought back some good memories of some of the dishes that I love. Wish I could have stayed in town a little longer to try out more dishes .
