My husband just came to this subway and the service was absolutely horrible. The worker was throwing the toppings on the sandwiches, huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes, and just overall acting like it was such an inconvenience to be serving customers. She put the wrong toppings on the sandwiches and also barely put any toppings on. At the end of the encounter she said she couldn’t take a barcode for coupons which we’ve used before, and flicked the bag of sandwiches across the counter. Will not be back to this location!

The manager at this establishment is extremely rude and disorganized. I believe her name being lydia. I have seen her being rude to her employees on more than one occasion, and is not kind to customers. Every other subway in troy is a better option than this one, don’t go here, just go to either of the options on 231.

Ordered two subs online… I called the store because I needed some thing added to the order… young guy wanders the phone and I tell what I want added and he tells me that he will make sure that he will add it… I pick up my food and get home only to see that not only did he not add the things I asked him about, but the bread on both sandwiches was hard as rock, and it tasted old.. this is my second time going to this location to get old, stale tasting bread… I will not spend another dime there….. I was warned about them by several people, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt… BUT NEVER AGAIN.

0 /0 Service was terrible. Went to get a pretzel and the manager charged me twice. She then said that she canceled the first order but really didn’t. Then I went back to get my money back and she says I can’t get my money back because i didn’t have a receipt.i explained that I didn’t get 2 receipts and she asked what card did I use.i tell her cash app and she blames it on cash app that they charged me but I contacted them and they did not. All I wanted was my money back, then one of her employees lied and said that she didn’t ring me up the 2nd time and she did.

Yes, I just went to order my food and also had a coupon which stated ( buy footlong sub and a fountain drink and get a foot long for free) and the girl simply charged me 12.47, it’s just doesn’t make since when she’s reading it and not comprehending. Need workers who understand and have a people personality.

0/0 , would NOT recommend! Lady that claims to be a manager there is EXTREMELY RUDE ! She’s always rude everytime me or any of my coworkers go in there , she never speaks to anyone , &’ she sits around &’ doesn’t really assist her workers . Always has an attitude ! Today I went over for just some lettuce &’ she tries to charge me almost 9 bucks JUST FOR LETTUCE ! I’m like whoa , I only want lettuce . Her response really rude &’ stated to me that she had to charge me full price for a salad &’ didn’t try to offer anything else or any additional suggestions on something that would’ve been less expensive. I didn’t mind paying &’ I understand they have rules they have to abide by but 8-9 bucks just for a small cup of lettuce tho ???? I’ve complained more than once &’ this time i decided to reach out to corporate but when i asked for their number , she stated “ i don’t have it, I’ll just call them myself” I proceeded to call another subway to try to get in touch with their corporate office &’ i received way more assistance from the other guy than her. When she heard me on the phone, she proceeded to write down a number &’ throw it to me on the counter, in which then i decided to walk away. If she doesn’t like her job , I suggest she finds a new one.

If I could give a zero I would. My online order was not supposed to have mayo. Called the store. The lady started by insisting she made the sandwich and it is correct. She stated she was the manager and I have to bring it back to the store to fix it but due to work i could not go back. Offered no other options and hung up on me. She claimed to be the manager. She deserves to be fired.

The employees didn’t greet me upon arriving at this establishment. They were laughing and joking with one another. After I paid for my food, they didn’t say thank you. I said thank you. I’m a stickler for good customer service it goes a long way. I gave 2 stars because the food tasted alright.

2 young ladies was in there both of their attitudes were horrible. One young lady was making my sandwich and had her whole jacket sleeve on my sandwich in process very unsanitary I had to ask her to pull her sleeve up which resulted in attitude . As she was making my sandwich she was putting very little ingredients on at a time and when I asked for more it resulted in attitude which made her put a whole bunch of salt on my sandwich . Worse experience I have ever had coming to this subway .
