The only reason I gave three stars for service was because we had a big party and only one server was able to tend to our table, didn’t really come around and ask about drink refills.. you could tell the server was kind of irritated. I just don’t know if it was because of the size of our party, The lack of clarity when taking our orders, or the fact that the party was split up into so many different checks, but it’s perfect for a casual relaxed environment and they will cater to your party size.. Love going here!!

We have been going here for several years and it has been getting worse every time we go. The food was cold, the service was the worst I have ever had here and they added 20% for it being a party of more than 8. This used to be a good place but not anymore.
I am aware that most restaurants do this and I am fine with leaving my waitress a tip, I think they should get a tip based on how good the service is and not 20% added to my bill when I never saw her except when she brought my cold food and when she took my order.
Like I said we eat here quite often and it was good at one point but it has gone down hill to the point that we won’t be back

The fries were cold, again, and the fish was either over breaded or overcooked. The ends were too hard to eat. We had 10 people in our party and the server stood at one end of the table and passed down our drinks, food, and tickets instead of walking around to set them down. Very disappointing to all of us and we won’t be back.

Friday night my mine and my husband first time every going to this place. It wasn’t to busy, but it literally took 30 minuets to even get our drink order. By this point I was ready to go, so we decided to give it a chance and thought maybe they just got over a rush. Nope all we kept hearing was we will be with you in just a minute. Well, we finally got drinks (by this time it’s been an hour). The waitress comes over to apologize saying another waitress had to go home sick. Well 2 1/2 hours later we got our food. Beyond disappointed is an understatement. Then the bill was $54 and they said we HAD to leave a tip. I mean really I order was completely wrong, and the bus boy brought it to us. Needless to say we want ever be back and that was the worst version of shrimp and fish that I have ever seen.
