9:06-9:35 pm We waited in the drive thru for over 20 mins to receive pathetic looking cones. While waiting at the window – we were observing the 7 staff members carrying on conversation, Laughing with each other , one was cleaning off her shirt, the drive thru attendant kept looking at her screen (probably wondering why it is taking the back staff so long to make a cone). I was SO disappointed when we FINALLY got our cones. HORRIBLE presentation of DQ product. I asked them to re-make it.
I then proceeded to go into the store and asked to speak to the manager. I told her I would like a refund.. She took my cone to the back and came back out said it weighed the correct amount and refused to issue me refund. She informed me that she is “not giving me a refund there is too much going on right now”. She then advised her staff to make me a new one. I watched a staff member make my cone which looked good , but apparently one of her peers must have thought it was too good because they threw it in the garbage. We are now down 3 cone in the garbage. So they made me another.
Needless to say WOW. That manager has now taught her staff how be disrespectful to customers. How simple would it have been to just agree that the horrible, make a product that worthy of the DQ name and move on?
I looked o line on how a kid cone looks. And took a pic of my 2nd and 3rd cone.

Ordered a 6 piece chicken basket. Got a 4 piece w under cooked fries and toast. Ordered a kids meal. Got it missing the icecream cone and drink. Had to run back. They fixed it my kids meal. But mine they hand back to me pretty much exactly the same. I literally was just to tired to even bother. The lady with the pink hair im just about sure is the only one thats able to do her job correctly. Idk what was going on but as a burnt out mom who is just now recovering from the worst sickness ive had this was not how I wanted to end the night. Very disappointed. Im not sure I’ll be back.

Staff member working the regerster was beyond rude. Placed our order for six cheese burgers from the mix and match menu and She rolled her eyes at us. I picked up my mobile order and She slammed the drink cup on the counter. I asked for a manager and she informed me that they had no manager. So I asked to speak to whoever was in charge and She proceeded to ignore me and work on packing orders. She was the rudest fast food worker I have ever met in my life.
Have eaten at this DQ many times before and loved it, but this staff member made the experience terrible.

Took an outrageous amount of time to take our order. Wouldn’t accept coupons. Very poor customer service and don’t know how to do their job. Had to have them correct our order multiple times.

This is a nice convenient location for us to get Blizzards in the Drive Thru on our way home. I like to add Cheesecake to my Blizzards. I get charged for that addition 100% of the time, it’s actually added about 20% of the time 🙁

I’m sorry, but I’m not coming to this location anymore. Nor spending $6 on a mini blizzard that takes 2 bites and you’re done. DQ, what happened to you?

The employees seem to be ina daze. Went through drive through and my order wasn’t right. Tried to get their attention with no luck. Finally went inside and stood in line behind one other customer who was waiting to order. It was like were invisible to them. After over 10 minutes, I just gave up..$15.00 worth of the wrong stuff

We went there and got 4 blizzards, 3 of them were messed up. One looked like they just made the top look correct ( new York cheesecake) but once you got a few bites in it was an Oreo blizzard. I honestly think the people working there don’t care at all

We had dairy Queen delivered.
Their menu is misleading. It shows 2 burgers, when it’s only one you’re buying. Luckily I know this.
I had ordered fries, and they were less then half full. Which bites. Seriously.
Their food is almost always good. The ice cream mostly great. But 1 burger and 1 fries and the fries not even half full.
Also sent zero napkins. And one straw for 2 drinks.

Wish there was a zero star option. Gone multiple times and each time they mess up something. Most recent one was a Royal New York cheesecake. No strawberries literally pay extra for a Royal and don’t even get it Royalized. Had enough and won’t be back
