The Chipotle in Orangeburg S.C. is Awesome! Great, Friendly Service. Good Atmosphere and the Best Part is the Food is Delicious and the portion size is AAA+
They give you enough for your buck please keep it that way.

My only Con is please check your receipt because the two times I’ve been unfortunately they have Over Charged Me and for whatever reason it’s not and easy fix but should be and it definitely can get frustrating but both times I’ve been patient. The last time the manager tried to fix it but I just took that lost I’ll be bless with more…

Overall if you haven’t tried them…what are you waiting on.

I finally decided to see what everyone was talking about. The chicken is dry, but the rice was ok could’ve been better. Any quesadilla you have to order on the app which is weird; the staff was rushing me. But, overall inside is cleaned

Stayed in the front waiting for them to slowly start up the day. I walked in at 10:45 and it’s 10:57 and I’m still waiting
To order and it’s nobody in here. 11:00 she walks up and says white or brown rice. No sorry for the wait. No hello. Just rude. I talked to the General manager and addressed my issues and she told me to move forward with writing a negative review. So as a customer and a Restaurant General Manager I’m writing this post.

On November 12, 2025, I visited the Orangeburg location to pick up two online orders, totaling 17 entrees, for my leadership team. Upon arrival, I waited approximately six minutes at the counter before being acknowledged, despite there being 8-9 staff members in the kitchen area. When a team member finally approached, I clearly stated that I had two online orders with a total of 17 entrees. She retrieved a bag and, upon my inquiry, confirmed that both orders and all items were included. While I acknowledge that I could have verified the contents myself, I did explicitly ask for confirmation.

Upon returning to my workplace, approximately 20 minutes later, I discovered that the second order was missing. I contacted the support line, where a representative was very apologetic and helpful in resolving the issue. When I returned to the store, the same team member who initially assisted me provided no greeting, apology, or acknowledgment of the previous error. She simply handed me the missing bag and walked away.

As a customer, I expect a basic level of service and to receive the items I have paid for. Despite the circumstances, I maintained a professional demeanor and was not rude or aggressive towards any staff member. The service received at the Orangeburg location, excluding the customer support representative, was highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I invested nearly $300 and was treated as if I were an inconvenience. This level of service is unacceptable, and I believe the Orangeburg location requires significant improvement.

People were nice is all I can say good about this, FOOD WAS TERRIBLE TASTE LIKE CAUCASIAN FOOD no seasoning whatsoever even had my friend try it to show her how bad it was and she said it was SOUR. Literally all I had was chicken and rice and steak and cheese, the bare minimum and it managed to make it taste like dirt!!! Waste of $12 also was missing the adobo ranch I never received it!!

Absolute TRASH!! RUDE employees. I have been waiting in the “express” line for OVER TWO HOURS now. Ordered at 3:08 and it is now 5:30 and I haven’t even gotten to the window! Can’t cancel my order because it says it is “ready for pick-up” and no refund is available! And to top it off, there is NO way to get out of line because of the “genius” design here. TERRIBLE experience for me and my infant child who has been stuck in this line for so long!! PATHETIC!!! **update now at 3 hours waiting!!!** **second update: we finally have our food at 7pm (nearly 4 hours waiting) and of course it is WRONG, but we are so tired of waiting we just left. Very disappointed. My wife has been wanting this since they announced Chipotle was coming here and this experience was horrible!!**

I’ve had Chipotle in Columbia and also in Arizona, they were was always a great experience. This was NOT carna asada was tough and way over cooked. Employee at the register talks like she has marbles in her mouth and then got pissy when asked to repeat herself. The place hasn’t been open that long and it’s already disgusting, Dirty floors, windows countertops.

Be mindful that this specific location only allows 2 vinaigrette dressings at the manager’s request. If you want more than 2 and offer to pay, they still will not allow more than 2. I’ve never encountered another Chipotle that does this.

This place needs an undercover boss. I’m from Las Vegas and never heard of such unprofessionalism in my life. No pun intended but we’re are the real Spanish speaking staff. They know how to serve and treat people with love and respect. Do better Chipotle!
