I absolutely love everything I’ve tried from here. The layers in the croissants and the quality of the fillings is beyond expectations. Plus their coffee is super good and their customer service is 10/10. I enjoy coming here and while walking through the door enjoying the smell of fresh pastries and the love that goes in them ❤️ the lady at the front desk is always so friendly and welcoming. An amazing European-style bakery in the charming town of Red Bluff. The pastries are absolutely divine. The coffee is somehow brewed with depth and without bitterness. The owners are lovely. They have a warm, inviting space to linger with wi-fi and even a spot to plug in your laptop if needed. Absolute perfection! P.S. The bakery items are delicious! The owners are very kind, driven individuals who strive for only the best with their French skills and culinary background. The atmosphere is so-so and would love to see them develop their own true to form French bakery to enhance the environment as I feel it would be a much larger gathering to their shop, which would also enlarge their pastry selection as well. So far, they’ve only offered the same minimal amount of same baked items, which is similar to a donut shop. I’d like to see some change because these owners can definitely pull it off and succeed tremendously.

Excellent pastries in this town where you wouldn’t necessarily expect a good bakery. You can eat there or take out, which many locals appear to do. A very nice owner takes care of your order. It’s a big room, and it also includes a shop which sells T shirts and caps, etc., on which they print what you want.
