Went there over this past weekend Saturday to be exact whoever this lady was that was working needs a new gig. She never greeted us and she looked like we were bothering her, I placed my order for a 6” inch wrap as I have ordered in the past she argued with me saying I have to get a 12” . I then proceeded on to veggies and said light onions then avocado she literally took the onions off my wrap threw them back in the container, grab the avocado, squeezed it and put some on. It was about a dime size then grab the onions and put them back on my wrap while this was happening a Fly landed on my wrap She did nothing to get it off gross. My daughter-in-law then ordered her sub which was wrong but she never said anything. I paid $29 for two subs and a bag of Cheetos so disappointing because when I first moved here, I thought this was a super stellar subway. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Every time I go to this subway I get shorted on tuna. And toppings. For the price that are charged. I’ve been to many subways in beaver dam and Madison and you get what you pay. However these women treat you with no respect and very unfriendly. . I will never buy anything from there from this day moving forward. I will make my own tuna subs.

Jenee was incredibly helpful when I placed an order for a local family that was dealing with the loss of their dad. Jenee not only agreed to make the delivery but picked up a sympathy card to accompany my order. The family was so appreciative as Jenee delivered during a snowstorm. I called multiple times and my phone would say to put a one in front of the area code. I called about 5 times before it worked(was not aware that the call was actuallygoing throug) , when she finally answered she took our order and asked for when we would be there. At that moment we were literally pulling up. I was going to let her know that the phone hadn’t worked before and sorry for the late notice, but she completely cut me off and very rudely said that she had people in her store and was busy. Had she let me finish she would know that i wasn’t complaining, i was going to inform her about the phone number. She was very rude and i don’t tolerate that behavior, i know people have bad days but as someone in retail i would never treat a customer like that.

Food tasted the same even if it was thrown on the bread messier than usual. The things that bugs me is that the two young ladies working did not wear hairnets/visors/hats even with shoulder length hair NOT pulled back. And i watched her on her phone pretty much the whole time i was there and make costumers sandwiches after being on her phone without washing her hands. But yeah the food tasted the same…

The bread on one of our sandwiches was all dried out and rock hard. The tuna salad was straight tuna not mixed with anything (ie mayo) also dry. ordered 2xs mayo on tuna got reg. amount with the dryness of the bread and “tuna salad” it needed it. Another sub was missing a sauce. I was asked to leave a survey. upon leaving that honest survey. I received an email from the manager stating he reviewed the video and the sauce was on it and the texture of the tuna looked right. Lesson? Don’t order from Juneau subway they’ll just ask you to take a survey then email you that your a liar! Randy Van Duser is his name customer service is definitely not his game.

Two workers were smoking out front with the door open and a carload of friends out front so went to order and both were just giggling the whole time felt very awkward and was probably the worst sub I ever had won’t be back there
