Great place to bring the whole family to. The menu is simple and self explanatory. I came with my and had an awesome time. The food was great, and my burger was perfect. Everything we had had amazing flavors and were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend stopping by and enjoy everything.

So the place was amazing looking everything smelled great it’s definitely a place you would enjoy sitting down and having a meal at, however unfortunately I was not impressed with the meal, I ordered a combination platter with brisket, turkey and pulled pork, I was asked if I wanted moist brisket and I said yes but it was chewy and dry, the turkey was cold it did taste good though, the cornbread wasn’t that great, the corn itself was extremely plasticky, the only good thing out of everything was the pulled pork the flavor was outstanding and the barbecue sauces they offered were extremely tasty and delicious

Came here for first time and will not be returning. We got 2 (2 meat meals comes either cornbread ) $14.19 just for this we added additional sides and deserts. For additional money. I must say we got kids portions for the price maybe got a 1/2 pd meat in each container.
Cornbread is over cooked and dry. And everything including sides were all seasoned with spicy seasoning. It was inedible. Deserts were not actually a cheese cake or a banana pudding they both were like a soft whip cream flavored to be what you ordered. Note to self some peoples reviews are from people who may have much lower expectations of food quality and taste as well as portion size. For the price it should have been more than what was given. In pics turkey is biggest piece on top and bottom 3 pieces go down in size to as small as a 50cent piece. Maybe a scoop of pork.

This is our first time here. We are coming in the grand opening week.
It seems the management has trained everyone properly. All the workers were smiling and being very friendly.
The girl at the register knew the menu well and asked all the pertinent questions to help the line move at a quick pace( as it was very busy at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon.
This place is a lot pricy.
A decent meal will be way over $20.
That being said, I’d say the portions makes it a decent value.
The food was really good.
The sauces were all tasty.
They do have a nice outside dining area which would be good on nice days.
They don’t have waitresses as you order at the counter, and then they call you when your meal is ready.
But they do have lovely ladies walking around keeping everything clean and stocking the accondiments.
We had “Claudia” help us with several things that we forgot to get. She was very pleasant and friendly as well.
Would I recommend this restaurant? Yes, definitely.

Really impressed with the service and the food here. The variety of meats I tried were all top-notch, but the brisket was the clear winner for me. Plus, the fries were perfectly crispy. Highly recommend! I shared the trip plate and it was still plenty!

just had a delightful experience at Mission BBQ in Brooksville, Amaya was on fire. She was a great host and very knowledgeable about the menu and made some delicious suggestions, including the coleslaw that’s crisp and creamy, and Maggie’s mac & cheese. I risked it and had the brisket. It was good boot, scoot, and boogie they got photos on the wall, the drinks are ice cold, and the blueberry cobbler is just scrumptious. Mission accomplished, over and out.

We finally went and tried Mission BBQ! We wanted to be the first in knowing the crowd would show up. Which they did shortly after opening. Between the amazing food and wonderful staff we can’t wait to go back! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! The sauces were great! We tried all of them! We ordered the brisket sandwich with two sides (coleslaw and Mac and cheese) and a two meat platter with turkey and sausage which was truly amazing. We will be trying the rest of the food they have to offer. Thank you for finally bringing great BBQ to hernando!

I have been to plenty of missions bbqs across the states and let me tell you this one is one of the best for sure! Everything was PERFECT nice and hot and the whole staff helpful and friendly!
