This is my first time stopping in on July 14. I’m extremely pleased that I did make the choice to get me a 7 inch turkey sub the turkey isn’t not your ordinary, lunch meat, “turkey “oh my goodness, then I added on bacon with the everything roll also provolone cheese extremely delicious moist. Everything I asked for was on the sub that bread was delicious also might say. Service was extremely quick. Didn’t have to wait long. My go to was always Firehouse Sub but now I’m switching. I don’t mind the drive from Willis Michigan to Ann Arbor Michigan. It’s well worth it. Try it out if you haven’t, like I said this is my first time and I’ll be back. I’m extremely glad that Ms Dee Dee @ Bob’s furniture two doors down recommended DiBella’s to me when I felt the need to get me something for lunch. I asked about your location and she said check them out. They’re good. You won’t be disappointed if you’ stop in!!!

Placed an order through Doordash. First they forgot to send a bag of chips. I called them and they said that they will send another bag “Just this one time” Basically saying that were lying. Then we asked for the other sub we ordered to have no meat on it. The Manager Bri told us multiple times that the food would have no meat. Sure enough I trusted her and It had Meat. Ive been vegan for 10 years and I ate meat because of this lady. I called the store really upset and she was very very disrespectful. She didn’t acknowledge my feelings and started the conversation off with we cant send you a refund. We then asked for at least another sandwich and she refused, telling us it was doordashes fault. She then refused to give us a new sandwhich. Horrible Management and very disrespectful Manager. Don’t waste a cent here.

I had family in town, so we ordered DeBella’s subs. The subs were all tasty and fresh. We also ordered 2 kid’s meals. They LOVED them. I had never ordered a kid’s meals before. I really liked that they came with a drink and a cookie, and applesauce. And a coloring page! Such a deal.
We also ordered a gluten free sub, made to order. Grateful that there is a GF bun. Thank you so much!

Used to like DiBella’s. However, I just don’t trust the quality anymore. Last time I ordered, I didn’t get the veggies that I had asked for on the side. Alright, just a fluke.
This time, there was apparently a mix-up when ordering, so I got no veggies somehow. Ok, possibly user error. I get it. But to make a sandwich with only meat and leave a good 2.5 inches of just bread??
Truthfully when I called I was offered a cookie for my troubles. I can’t be bothered.
Anyway the subs are tasty but be sure to check your sandwich before you leave.

Order date- May 20 / Preordered in morning for pickup at 0545pm. Showed on time yet order wasn’t ready for another 20 minutes. This caused me to be late for work… for 2 subs. Speaking of both subs, neither were correct. Full order attached to review. 1 sub had a fingernail of meat and no horseradish, mustard and 1 slice of onion while the other was covered in lettuce when none was ordered again with very limited meat covering and also no grilled mushrooms. I highly doubt I’ll be back.

Today I picked up a sub at the store in ann arbor and it was the best ever sub they ever made me. It was to perfection with the toppings and made so perfectly. The girl who checked out my online order was so upbeat and chipper and had the best personality that I have not seen in a long time and it was so nice to see so many employees who really care about what they do and care about the quality they are putting into the products. Great job done with every one there. You all made my day.

I got a salad dressing on the side. No dressing and no cutons. Today i got walnut chocolate chip cookies for the second time this time there was barely any walnuts.When I showed the manager she found a TINY PIECE OF A NUT in one cookie while I ate 3 with no nuts. Should be consistent. Pretty disappointed So far.

Husband just brought home 4 large subs and they are a gross mess. My dogwood is wilted lettuce, a clump of meat with burnt cheese holding it together and wet spicy mustard soaked bread. $15 and inedible. If they weren’t closed right now I’d be driving it back for a refund. This used to be my favorite sandwich shop. I can find scraps of food in a dumpster that looks better than this. What a disappointment.
