The customer service it was great !!! There was a young man and a woman working. The woman was on break, and she got up, washed her hands, and proceeded to help me. The young man, then started to help with the rest of the order. The woman went as far as cutting out the coupon for me. Great experience !

Stopped in this afternoon after a long hike and we were not greeted. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed with my order. I asked for a bit more sause and received a heavy sigh and the girl rolled her eyes and looked disgusted all at the same time. When I questioned why I was being charged for something that should have been included in the meal I ordered I received no response and just more eye-rolling. The food was good but that’s the only positive I can take away from this experience… such a shame and disappointment because other evening employees have always provided great service.

I was disappointed with the older lady working on Sunday night! My two kids wanted Subway and we arrived at 8:40, 20 minutes before the the closing time 9:00 pm. The older lady went up to the door and locked it, she didn’t turn to give an excuse at least! This is the second time this lady shows bad manners! Can you please respect the closing times? We walked four blocks with rain and just to have a bad employee not take care of us!!

Extremely fast! The team there works well together to get the line moving quickly. Staff is friendly and always has the tables and floors clean. Just wish this location had a deal of the day like other close locations.
