This place is cozy and the service was great! I ordered the buffalo burger and wife ordered the macho burger and we don’t regret it! The jalapeños were spicy just like we like em! The burgers are pretty big and filling. I enjoyed it, so I hope you do.
PS… if your out of town, don’t get offended by the looks you get for not being a local, let it slide and enjoy the meal! Stay happy.

Traveling through Montana and found this little gem. Food was incredible@ reasonably priced and hot. Maggie was an absolute delight to talk to while food was prepared. Everyone there was so welcoming. If you’re anywhere near thus town and need a bite to eat, you will NOT be disappointed. Definitely plan to return someday. If I could give more stars I would.

Friendly & very efficient staff. Instantly felt at home. Great food, especially the Buffalo Burger with Beer Battered Onion Rings. I also highly recommended the Battered Cod, you can substitute cole slaw or salad for the fries. Generous portions; Even when I shared the Buffalo Burger and onion rings,, I must admit I had to take my apple pie to go! Tremendous community spirit, especially during the seniors’ lunch hour from 11:00 to noon. Five stars and 3 cheers for Maggie’s Cafe!

After a 4 hour delay on 212 between Wy. state line and Hammond, due to a semi turned on it’s side and not eating since North Platte, Ne. I was hungry. I pulled into Maggie’s on this late Friday night.
Walked in and sat down at the counter the pretty lady behind the counter handed me a menu and asked the most beautiful question I think I have ever been asked, “We have one more prime rib left, would you like it?” My head swam with excitement. It was as if the lady was asking me, a total stranger to marry her. How could I be so lucky? Of course I said, yes!
I highly recommend the prime rib and I believe it is only on Friday nights.
