I visit here often each time I go to VA appts. The customer service is normally top tier and the smoothies never disappoint. The facility is always clean and I’m usually in and out, regardless to how many customers are present.

Planet Smoothie is located within a shopping mall in the Avondale area and is opposite Publix supermarket.
It is a bright airy store which is spotlessly clean with some indoor seating if you wish to chill whilst enjoying your smoothie.
On entering Planet Smoothie I was greeted by SHAE who is an expert Smoothie maker, she is helpful and friendly, I was overwhelmed by the choices on offer, which some I chose, she patiently guided me and together I found my chosen choice, the smoothie has so much flavour, just the correct consistency and thickness and it’s healthy.
SHAE has made my smoothie the highlight of my day, now I know where to get my SMOOTHIE fix

Alaina was awesome. She made all the smoothies I saw get made while a few other workers were just talking sipping on their Starbucks in the back. Kinda felt bad she wasn’t getting help, that’s where the 4 star comes in. That and not having the most basic flavor combo on the menu chocolate, pb, and banana.

Shay definitely made my first experience one to remember. I was warmly welcomed as I entered. Shay was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped me select something that would fit my needs. She also recommended some nice dog parks in the area. I enjoyed our conversation and the fact that she took the time to get to know me a bit so she could make the best recommendations. I went for a protein smoothie but I’ll be returning for more great customer service from Shay!
