If you are looking for a different taste or side of puebla foods this place has way more options that I didn’t know about their poblano cemitas are huge stack with full meat portions oxacan cheese two full aguacate it’s your choice to add chili but it’s the best I highly recommend payment types cash Venmo or cash app and zelle so it’s very convenient modernized payment methods too it’s an outside stand just and fyi in advance Friendly service.

Finally took my little drive to try this place, yeah the cemitas poblanas are the hype others mention. Good quality and good size, fresh ingredients. The salsa had the perfect amount of spice and the aguacate gave it the last touch it needed. The sopes were good too and they were a good size for the $5 price. Will come back again to try their carnitas which is only a weekend thing. Must try type place for cemitas
