Honestly I’ve had good interactions and good sandwiches here. The staff is often young but they do seem polite. They made me an awesome sandwich recently and didn’t skimp on vegetables like most places. I have no complaints.

We were just there and the one kid only put the meat in the middle of a foot long and cheese was end to end. When he got to the toppings he didn’t get them along the folded edge so it was hard for himself and it became sloppy.

The place is nice and clean. I got there avout 9:05 a little after they open.The person who was at the front rolled there eyes when I walked in. They rolled there eyes every time I ask for something on a sandwich and I asked for it to be cooked they moved on to vegtibles and i had to ask them a second time. They rolled there eyes agin anf mummbeled something under there breath. At the end they were rude when I paid. Now i know I went in early but geez not the experience I think i desiver for wanting subway in the morning.

I ordered online at 9 am to be ready at 1040 waited an hour for my food if they knew they wouldn’t be ready they could have atleast told me I guess I shouldn’t have paid online! To top it off they didn’t have the bread I ordered, continued to serve people walking in. Maybe if they fulfilled my order they would have had the bread I wanted. I was suppose to be at the school to eat with my child at 1055. This is completely unacceptable. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with this manchester subway. I rarely go anymore do to the errors. They do nothing , no apologies or anything.

Ordered 3 different sandwiches online, and got 2 that were the exact same. One was toasted (shouldn’t have been) and the same one was supposed to have pepperjack cheese, and Italian herb and cheese bread but came with American cheese & white bread. The other one was for the kids and it had salt and pepper, (that was an order for mine. Not theirs, came on both. and had no tomato’s.
Didn’t notice till we got back to dundee to feed the kids.

“Veggie sub.” Second time subway has given me A wad of bread with a couple pieces of spinach. This is almost theft I’d rather have Jersey Mikes from now on. They might only use iceberg lettuce but they put enough on the sandwich to make it legit. Also, Subway, vegetable oil for the oil and vinegar??? WT…

Edit: we heard there was a new owner and that they have done a lot of changes. Let me tell you, WHAT A TURN AROUND. Better portions. They accept coupons. The staff even seem happier. SO EXCITED about this. What a difference for our community this will make.
Edit: everytime we come in here and the older gentleman with the beard is working,he has an attitude. He either complains we ordered on the app, or if I (a hard of hearing person) didn’t hear what he said, asks for him to repeat it, he gets huffy. Not to mention he burnt our subs the last time we came in. He didn’t have our online order on the shelves. My husband asked where it was, and he told him “ to look harder it’s on the counter” online orders aren’t ever located by the register. STOP THE ATTITUDE.

Grandparents Day at school – everyone wanted Subway. 🙂 The young man who took our order was very polite and not at all rattled by the crowd of people.

Really not taking coupons. Decent place but never have had good luck here with quality. Profit before customer service is their motto. Update 3/8/24. If you’re going to give people attitude don’t work here. This is to the older guy and older lady. If you’re not from here or they don’t know you they’ll treat you like trash.

I had very horrible service tonight and won’t be back for a while because of how EMILY acted. I told her I wanted oven roasted chicken. She started to put rotisserie chicken on it. I asked if that was oven roasted chicken. She proceeded to tell me no it was rotisserie. I then told her I asked for oven roasted chicken and she rolled her eyes at me. Through the spoon into the chicken and asked someone else to help me because I was being very disrespectful when I was not. I was talking nicely and saying please and thank you.
