Visited on 07/31/2025 @ 9:45pm. It is so nice when I go to a fast food restaurant and the employees are actually nice. I have always liked Arby’s. The food is good. I don’t normally leave a five star review for a restaurant, but it only seemed appropriate for this visit. Thank you for nice welcoming atmosphere!

Wonderful Reuben sandwich and I got a side order of jalapeno poppers because I was extra hungry. Only could eat half the sandwich and had that for my lunch today he did up in the oven. Was still so delicious. Highly recommend the Reuben. Not as pretty today but tasted fabulous heated in broiler

I really wanted to try this sandwich was very disappointed when I got it! paid way to much for this! it sure didn’t measure up to the Picture it portrays… 1st and last time for everything I guess! not only was there hardly any “Meat” that they so proudly portray on the commercials… the bead felt like it sat out awhile! and there is one star because it would not let me post without it!

You can always depend on Arby’s to be consistent from store to store, town to town, state to state, usually. This is by far the worst Arby’s I’ve ever eaten at. There is always something wrong with the food whether it be old or cold or simply not in the bag. The order takers and window people are rude and act as if they are being inconvenienced by having to do their jobs. I will say this in their defense, they aren’t the only restaurant whose employees are this way. It seems to be a trend across all of the fast food restaurants in this town that aren’t run by the owners themselves. It looks like their surveys and monthly reports would reflect poorly and the franchisee or someone at corporate would notice? Or maybe not. Anyway, Arby’s, as much as it breaks my heart to say, you’ve had several chances to change my mind and I’m not saying you won’t again but it probably won’t be in Eufaula or anytime soon.
