Shrimp cocktail, brussel sprouts, filet and salmon were delicious and perfectly executed. Cocktails were awesome too. Highly recommend! Will be back.

We came here for our anniversary ever between the food and the service and cocktails. It was probably the best dining experience we’ve had in years! Meagan was very knowledgeable and detailed in her descriptions and pointed out some of her favorites which we tried and absolutely loved. She was very personable without being overbearing.
Both steaks that my wife and I received were phenomenal along with the brussels sprouts, which had some sort of sauce on them that was great and cooked to perfection.
I can’t believe we haven’t been here before, but I think we found a new spot to add to our date night rotation.

We are regulars at Lone Pine and love it. They do a great steak, as you would expect, yet their menu is more diverse than typical steakhouses. We love their Caesar salad, love their fries, and we’ve enjoyed many of their appetizers and mains including fish. Next, the cocktails are top-tier – balanced but flavorful. “Gator boots” is my go-to. The staff are friendly and the best thing is they can always seat us without a reservation. I don’t understand why this place isn’t busier.

This is a great place in Carmel. Meagan was fantastic and made our meal so enjoyable. Get a side table for 2 and order the Shrimp Risotto. The dry rub 14-oz “striploin” was awesome too. It was a special birthday and we’ll be back to try more items! Steaks and seafood done right!

We had dinner here last night, and while the service was excellent, the overall experience fell short, especially given the price point. Our waitress was great, but the food and atmosphere did not meet expectations.
I ordered the $68 ribeye medium, and it was closer to rare. The center was nearly raw, leaving me to eat only the outer edges. My wife was equally disappointed and did not enjoy any of her meal.
The drinks were acceptable but unremarkable, though my wife did enjoy her martini. Unfortunately, the second-floor seating and overall environment felt dated and uninspired, which was surprising for a restaurant where our total bill approached $300. We felt like we were sitting in MCL.
For that price, we expected a far more refined dining experience. We left wishing we had gone to our usual steakhouse on 82nd Street instead.

Our waiter Nick was amazing! And the food was incredible! The 8oz filet mignon from Australia was incredible! As was the lobster tail.

Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere! Great for a local date night, or for a larger party. Service was impeccable, friendly, and knowledgeable. You can tell by the menu that the food selection is well thought-out, with a lot of intention behind the result. The cocktails are crafted with care, and the wine selection is likely the best in all of Carmel! Will absolutely return here again and again.

Me and my husband went to this restaurant last night, and ordered off the devour menu. The food was outstanding. But I was extremely disappointed with where we were sat. There were plenty of other tables open, but we were sat at a table that only fits two (which makes sense) but the booth seats were so far from the table that it was not comfortable. Additionally it was freezing outside, and we were by some kind of vent that poured out freezing air. I was so cold my legs were wrapped in my winter coat and I tried to get over it, but for how much we paid it should have been a better experience. I figured they were too busy to seat us anywhere else so I did not ask to move, but there were plenty of tables open. we took the dessert to go because I could no longer feel my toes. I wanted to enjoy this place but i’m disappointed with the odd corner we were shoved in. It was an awkward stretch across the table and freezing. The seating was off to the side across from the opening to the bar. I hope they don’t seat anyone here in the future, at least during the winter. Pictured is the vent under the table that poured out freezing cold air.

We were there for NYE. It was a fixed price menu. $115 pp. Yes, it was crowded and yes it was busy.
I had the crab cake appetizer and it was ok, the wedge salad with Bloody Mary dressing was bitter and had an off flavor, the filet was just ok. My husband had the French onion crostini. He said the flavor was ok but was cold. He also had the filet and said his was chewy. We were going to Feinstein’s for a show so we got dessert to go. We ordered one chocolate death something and a key lime panna cotta but got two panna cottas. The flavor was ok but it was such a tiny sliver we were both laughing when we opened it.
Overall, both the service and food were lackluster for the price paid.

Cool spot. Good location however just a NO. We went New Year’s eve & I know what you’re thinking… well, it’s New Year’s. The place was NOT busy… we were the only ones at the bar before our meal. We were seated, etc. & all was okay. We placed our order. Menu was fixed price – $115/person. Made our selections and it took 30+ mins before the apps arrived. Then another 30 mins for salads to arrive… and so on. Dinner was horrid. Halibut so dry it was a rock. No sauce or anything to make it edible. One green bean – yes, only 1 – but they cut it into 3 pieces but it was 1 bean. 2 nickle-sized potato rounds sliced so thin they didn’t count. Everything was “ick”. Desert was literally a single mouthful of some sort of cake that was supposed to be chocolate… (by then, I wasn’t hoping for much). Needless to say, I’ve had numerous New Year’s dinners and understand it can be a risk but this tops the cake. My advice… just NO. Don’t go.
