My family usually orders from here. The other day they switched places and it was not good. (See other review.) I’m purposely writing this good one and posting the pics of what I got. Dad is visiting and he loves his B, E, & Sausage on a roll – ordered it 2 days in a row. This is the usual bagel sis and I get – everything, veg cream cheese, hot peppers, bacon. Thank you, it was perfect!

New to the area; sent hubby to Mt. Sinai for bagels and 1/2 lb. of BH ham. He took it upon himself to go to Old Town Bagels because it’s closer.
The bagels were awful. The ham was shredded. I called to complain about the shredded, not sliced, ham and suggested they hire someone who knew how to slice cold cuts. She replied, “that’s the way we serve it here.” She was serious as a heart attack. STAY AWAY!!!

Always have to stop by old town bagels when I’m passing through town! The owner and staff are very friendly and always working with a smile!! I got a few dozen bagels to share with my coworkers and was a big hit amongst the nurses :). Def will continue to come back for these bagels!!

My sausage, bacon, egg on an everything bagel was done exactly how I asked for it! In-and-out’ service and great customer service. I will definitely be back to grab another bagel before my morning tee time!

Food is cheap. But expect to wait for cooked meals. Would it hurt the people helping to be polite and speak to you instead of being a robot taking the order and only stating the price you owe? Sorry not sorry but I don’t understand why not being polite is customary.

Worst bagels I ever had. Very light and small. I ordered a few to take to my brother in Hospital. Was embarrassed to bring them so I threw them away and went some where else. NOT GOOD . Not friendly staff either. Never again

Best place to get a bacon egg and cheese on Long Island. The owner David makes everyone who comes in feel right at home and has made me a lifelong customer! He has also been tremendously supportive of both his local community and the Hauppauge Lacrosse Team.

I’ve been going to this bagle store for 5 years and ever since the new owner ( young guy) took over this is what I get when I order a plain bagle with butter. I know times are tough on everyone but skimping this much on the butter is plain foul. Do better your predecessor didn’t do his customers like this.
