This place is our go to for breakfast and lunch at our office. Lately the food has not been the best and the service also has gone down hill. There was a lady managing she got moved, they had another guy Joe managing and he was great. After they moved him the location and quality of food has been poor. The last couple time we have ordered food it was either cold, not cooked completely, not correct, and or missing. I was pretty fed up with the situation and called the manager. We needless to say the manager would not take my call because “he was in a rush”. Wow! Being that I am a paying customer trying to get the food I PAID FOR correct and he could not take my call?! I won’t be eating at this location again!!

Very poor customer service.
I had ordered a burrito from the Homestead location and as I went to eat it while I was driving, noticed how incredibly salty it was. They had poured so much salt on the burrito it was completely inedible and it was literally making me feel naseous. Since I was driving away from that location, I stopped at the Edith location with my previous receipt and asked them if they could possibly remake my burrito (they are the same restaurant so I didn’t think it would be a problem). The woman was very rude to me – without saying anything, she grabs my receipt, goes to the back, comes back out a few seconds later and said that since it was a different location, they wouldn’t make me another burrito, and just stands there staring at me. I threw my entire burrito away and will not be going back to either location.

Terrible!!! I have been going to this location for 20 years, and it has increasingly gotten worse the past 5 years. The date is 9/30/16. The last 5 times I have been there in the evening to get food, they have gotten at least 2 meals screwed up every time I went. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned, I should’ve listened to my gut and went elsewhere. Today I tried calling 7 times and the phone was busy, I went to the location and stood in line and called the phone and it was busy while no one was on it. Must have been off the hook on purpose! So I ordered my burrito #5 no sauce, got home and it was half the size it normally would be and had green chile in it and some sour crap that made me gag!!! Hardly any egg and all beans. I was so disgusted at lotta burger by this point that I just threw it away and want to little Anita’s! Thank you little Anita’s, for delivering my order correctly! The first time! I’m not one to ever write reviews, but lotta burger needs to step up their consistency and put competent people in there. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to build burgers correctly! I will never return here. Lotabutger you have lost a life long customer simply because you are trying to line your pockets and not our gut!

The cook I had really took his time. I requested grilled onions and they were great, even buttered and grilled the bun. Easy to see why they are consistently voted the best green chile cheese burger in New Mexico.

The service is horrible . I have never seen such a disorganized group of employees in my 59yrars of exstens I was in there place for 1hr&15mins when all I ordered was a lotaberger with out cheese because I didn’t want to have them milk the cow and age the cheese and a small coke and by the time I got it yah you guessed it the dam thing was Cold so I hope that is not the way they were trained.to do this job and I have to say worst hamburger I have ever tasted . so my rating is going to be a dubble oo
