Twice now I’ve paid $7 for Nachos BellGrande, for them to have NO meat at all on it. It’s not under the beans that they’ll willing put a heaping spoonful of every time..
Don’t tell me to come back and get a new one, and a coupon for a food item I don’t even eat.. I’m on lunch, I can’t just come back. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. WHY is that so hard for EVERYONE to do anymore? Nothing is ever right the first time anywhere.
Don’t even get started on the quesadillas that look like a 4 year old cut it, and that’s being generous.. a blind person could cut them more regularly…

Ill be honest the people who rated this place above a 3 star must have had the perfect service. Nothing in this taco is consistent and I’ve tried to give the benefit of the doubt. However orders are inconsistent and the wait times are overall horrendous. I tried inside order and it take 20 min, order ahead through the app and it still take 15min past the finish time. Icing on the cake was I try today for the driver through, from the time I ordered till I hit the window took 30min, at the window I lost track of time till I heard the lady through the window say “we need to hurry they’ve been at the window for 30min”. Honestly dont waste your time, you can go to any other fast food place and get faster service if you have somewhere to be. I dont normally complain or have issues with many places but this one hit the top of the list to places I will no longer attend or waste my time with.

She truly went above and beyond. She helped alter my order so I could save money and made sure everything was correct. On top of that, she was genuinely the sweetest person ever—friendly, patient, and just so pleasant to talk to.
What really stood out to me was that it was my birthday, and she made sure to tell me happy birthday without me even mentioning it. She noticed it when I gave my code, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that honestly made my day.
This was my first time ever going to this Taco Bell, and it was such a great experience entirely because of her. Customer service like that is rare and deserves recognition.

Taco Bell is not a restaurant, it’s an experience and sometimes a test of faith. You walk in confident, order $37 worth of food for $6, and leave holding a bag that feels way too light for the emotional commitment you just made. The menu is basically the same 6 ingredients rearranged like LEGO pieces, yet somehow every item feels brand new and dangerous. You don’t eat Taco Bell because you’re hungry—you eat it because it’s 12:43 a.m. and you hate yourself just a little.
Halfway through the meal you’re like, “Wow this is amazing,” and ten minutes later your stomach starts filing a formal complaint. The employees move with the calm energy of people who have seen things you wouldn’t believe. And no matter how many times Taco Bell hurts you, you forgive it immediately because that Crunchwrap? Worth it. Taco Bell doesn’t ask who you are or where you’ve been—it just says “We’re open late” and welcomes you home.

I ordered on the app. I waited 17 minutes past the pick up time on the app. people came into the store, ordered, and received their food before me. I could have driven 20 miles to the next taco bell and gotten food quicker.

Went to the Taco Bell in Berwick at about 10am. They were not busy but screwed up my order. I ordered 1 bean burrito which was correct but I also ordered 2 bean burritos with sour cream and neither one had sour cream. I also ordered 2 double decker taco supremes 1 was correct and the other had no tomatoes. I went through the drive thru so I suggest you check your order before leaving because I tried to call and complain and they didn’t even answer the phone. If I could give a negative star I would.

Great spot to enjoy a hot meal n have a conversation instead of being on phones, great workers , greet you when you go in , use the kiosk or ask to do at the register. Food was hot n very good had soft tacos meat n cheese only n crunch wrap chicken. I recommend going . Yea it’s not busy during hours so if your not a people person best time to go n enjoy quiet time 10 am to noon

I wasn’t expecting to have my best tacobell experience in Berwick. The service was exceptionally fast even after I messed up my mobile order. The burrito(s) I customize almost every time I visit taco bell were crafted exceptionally with the perfect ratios of ingredients. Everything I ordered was in the bag AND LABELED?! Fast and friendly staff. Kudos to the crew running things 10/03 around 8:58pm. I was worried about the three star rating but tonight you deserved 5. Keep up the good work and thank you for a satisfying meal. Your attention to detail did not go un-noticed.
