We had the pulled beef and the filet steak, and both were outstanding. The meat was incredibly tender, flavourful, and literally melting in the mouth! It was cooked to perfection. You can really taste the quality.
What made the experience even more special was the service. I had a pregnancy craving for a dessert that wasn’t available anymore for the day, and without hesitation, they went and made it just for me. That level of kindness and care in a restaurant is rare these days!
I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone. ✨

Pork ribs, tasted like it was oven-cooked, was okay but nothing really too exceptional.
Chicken mushroom, not good, tasted weird, had a bite and left it, something wrong about the cream sauce, not sure if spoiled. Owner did not offer to change the dish, nor a refund, did not even offer a dessert for compensation!!
Prices were fair
Service acceptable, however the manager/owner’s behavior was not professional at all.
All in all, nothing really exceptional about this place. Wouldn’t visit again that’s for sure.

I gave 4stars to keep way for improvement always. We were 10 & we all agree. Food was delicious, big portions, great service. Keep your jacket out so they don’t smell and make sure to wear them in your way to WC cause is very cold. The way to the indoor space is not great but the atmosphere inside is nice. Looking forward to sit in the terrace in summer time.

I think the place worth a trial but our experience was not really exceptional since they forgot to add mushroom to the swiss mushroom burger and the pulled beef meat was ok nothing special to mention about this course.

The Butcher Scrib is a fantastic restaurant located in a beautiful building on the main road. The food is absolutely delicious, with the steak and ribs being particularly noteworthy. Butcher’s Crib is the perfect place to taste good meat; or for the pork ribs fan.
The restaurant is very reasonably priced; and they have a good wine selection.
The service is very good; and the portions are very generous.
We had a very nice Tomahawk steak and Goat Cheese salad.
My only recommendation is to improve the dessert selection.

Located in Dhour el Chweir area the restaurant is an old restored house with warm decoration , cosy atmosphere with a traditional wood fireplace. the owner was welcoming, we were there to Try the BBQ Ribs since they are famous we ordered and the owner suggested to try the animal fires and the TBone steak , the BBQ Ribs is not to be missed a delicious tender meat with the exact mixture of sauce , the fries were good too , as for the TBone it was a bit chwey and overrated . the prices of some dishes needs to be reconsidered.
