When i ate there the other day for dinner with my family, there was a chunk of hair in my fajitas. And the steak was definitely undercooked, overall this place isn’t very good I don’t recommend coming here.

The food was good, but I ordered fajitas mixed which has steak, shrimps and chicken for the prize of 20 dollars plus tax. They only gave me 3 pieces of shrimps and barely any chicken and steak. 70 percent of the food was vegetables. The portion sizes were not sufficient for its prize.

I went to this place and waited 15 minutes then left. I had only asked for a Coke to start. Waitress was kind and polite but once she went to the back I did not see her again. I could hear the cooks arguing and cursing out load. On top of that I was the only customer so I do not believe the service for a glass of Coke should take so long. Sadly this is the second time I have tried eating at this place due to proximity to my work place.

I have been here before and the service has never been wonderful, but the food was good. Tonight was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. Now I understand it was valentine’s day but there were 3 servers and prob 10 of their tables were full, they even had a dj. When we were finally acknowledged, after 20 mins we were rudely asked what we wanted to eat not even what we wanted to drink. So we told her what we wanted to drink and then waited another 20 mins, now we had four people at our table and they brought our drinks out and set them down. Only two of us four received our drinks. She brings the chips and salsa next and sets them down with a bottle of salsa. NO bowls to pour the salsa into. So then we sit there for another 20 mins before someone actually looks at us again and we tell them about the drinks and salsa and she is like I told the other lady and blah blah blah, So much more we finally got up and walked out… NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Also when she finally did bring salsa, the bottle looked like it had been sitting in the bathroom and it was all dirty and greasy. YUCK YUCK YUCK.. I wouldn’t even give it the one star but that is the lowest it will accept

Food was ok, but service was terrible. Like really bad.
We got there around 6pm on a Friday night, which would be peak hour, but there was only one other guy eating there. That should’ve told us to leave but we decided to stay anyway. Our waitress took our order, brought our food and that was it. She never came back to check on us. We didn’t have napkins, utensils, salt on the table nor did she ever come back and ask us for refills. She didn’t bring the check our table either.
She couldn’t come check on us and we couldn’t get her attention because her boyfriend came and she sat with him the WHOLE time. She was too busy flirting and talking to him that she forgot about the customers.
We got up and walked to the cash register and only then she acknowledged us.
If you want good Mexican food and with good service go to El Paraíso on Walkup, visit Carmen at El Ranchero, La Unica or heck even El Monterrey even though it’s very Americanized. But don’t eat here. Food is ok but service will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth.

Servicio terrible, entre y nadie estaba alli, the food is way too expensive for most of not all menu items and the quality wasn’t anything spectacular. With a 91% health rating you’d think they’d be trying harder to get that score up. There was no creamer and and the service was really poor overall, I will not be visiting again any time soon.

Called asked to place an order was told it was closed which is fine told little boy on the phone that online and website contact said they were open did not answer at all hung up phone so disrespectful and unprofessional y’all need to hire someone else to answer phones or something could of simply said we do apologize about the inconvenience or something instead of simply hanging up will not be returning or ever recommending this place to anyone if your looking for good Tacos drive five more down the road La taqueria Romero has some amazing food!
