The V at the Vine Lexington is an exquisite new private club which has taken the city by storm. I’ve visited twice this week and four times in total since their opening and each time they have knocked it out of the ballpark. I enjoyed a fine dining experience with a visiting classmate before watching a UK game and Jocelyn, DJ and the rest of the restaurant team made the experience one to remember.
Then a few days later returned for a special birthday brunch with my wife and a dozen or so friends and the food, music and service made it a birthday to remember!

Wow!!! They really out did themselves on this place. I loved the atmosphere, the food, the service, and overall the design is gorgeous! They really paid attention to the smallest details.
I brought my mom here for a birthday brunch and she was so happy about her experience as well. If joining for brunch, we highly recommend the risotto, the French toast, and the pancakes! The sweet potato biscuits and bacon were amazing as well! I’m NA so I had an amazing mocktail and my mom snagged a Bellini, which we both loved! The restrooms were stocked with supplies you might need – mouthwash, hair spray, etc. The view was amazing. The staff were so knowledgeable and professional. The food was divine and they even boxed up our leftovers at the end. Amazing experience and we will be back!

I decided to try the V at Vine brunch and I was not disappointed. Our server was excellent and made good recommendations. She recommended the whole wheat pancakes, fried chicken biscuit, Spanish frittata and steak and eggs (if we were hungry).
We decided to split the pancakes because she said they were large and filling. It was a good decision. We also got the bacon and home fries as a side. Everything was delicious! Te perfect balance of sweet and savory. The home fries were my favorite. They were crispy with a yummy sauce that elevated the flavor.
To drink I got the bloody Maria – tequila Bloody Mary. It was good!
I would also recommend the wagu smashed burger. Had it at the bar on another occasion and it was good!

This restaurant got a nice view, everything looks great. You actually can take nice pictures too. But I got a little disappointed with the food. They serve you a nice looking food but It doesn’t taste as good as it looks, drinks looks nice too but same. I did like the vibe tho. Maybe I’ll come back in a future when they work more in the menu cause I know is a new restaurant and I like to give second chance to the food!! Kinda overpriced too…

And the crab cake… genuinely the best I’ve ever had in my life. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, great drinks, and great service!

Katrina was AMAZING. We couldn’t have had a better server and experience. She explained everything on the menu so thoroughly and recommended the perfect options for us! She chose the crabcake appetizer for us and it was to die for! 10/10 experience and atmosphere. The chicken dish is SO good. We had such a lovely time and their DJ plays the best music!

I had a great dinner at The V at The Vine. The menu had a nice variety to account for most guests’ tastes. The quality of the food was good, and portion sizes were appropriate. However, I felt the restaurant was overall overpriced. At these prices (especially in a city like Lexington), I would expect an extraordinary experience, but I found it to be just fine. The vibe of the restaurant felt a bit pretentious. I felt a bit silly having to buzz into the building and be let up by the doorman (who was very nice). The service was relatively prompt and appropriate for fine dining, but again, I don’t feel the food was commensurate with that experience.
