Then a few days later returned for a special birthday brunch with my wife and a dozen or so friends and the food, music and service made it a birthday to remember!
I brought my mom here for a birthday brunch and she was so happy about her experience as well. If joining for brunch, we highly recommend the risotto, the French toast, and the pancakes! The sweet potato biscuits and bacon were amazing as well! I’m NA so I had an amazing mocktail and my mom snagged a Bellini, which we both loved! The restrooms were stocked with supplies you might need – mouthwash, hair spray, etc. The view was amazing. The staff were so knowledgeable and professional. The food was divine and they even boxed up our leftovers at the end. Amazing experience and we will be back!
We decided to split the pancakes because she said they were large and filling. It was a good decision. We also got the bacon and home fries as a side. Everything was delicious! Te perfect balance of sweet and savory. The home fries were my favorite. They were crispy with a yummy sauce that elevated the flavor.
To drink I got the bloody Maria – tequila Bloody Mary. It was good!
I would also recommend the wagu smashed burger. Had it at the bar on another occasion and it was good!
We will request Katrina every time we visit! Her assistant was amazing too!
Tonight I had the pleasure of dining at The V at The Vine, and from the moment I walked through the door I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance alone sets the tone for an elevated night out. The lighting is warm, the décor is elegant, and every detail feels intentional. It is the kind of restaurant that blends Southern charm with modern sophistication, and the service matches that energy perfectly. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming.
What truly set the night apart was the food. Every dish that came to the table was beautifully plated and even better tasting. You could tell the kitchen puts real care into presentation, balance, and bold flavor.

The Food
Entrées
I started with the chicken dish, and it was outstanding. Perfectly golden brown, tender on the inside, and paired with crisp fresh green beans. The dish had a rich sauce that tied everything together without overpowering the natural flavor of the chicken. It was clean, balanced, and honestly one of the best versions of this style of dish I’ve had.
Another standout was the lamb. Cooked to a beautiful pink, sliced evenly, and resting over a bed of flavorful vegetables and sauce. Every bite was packed with flavor. It came across as both elevated and comforting, which is hard to execute. The plate was colorful and artistic which made the dish feel like a centerpiece of the night.
The steak was another winner. Thick, juicy slices cooked exactly as requested. It had a deep, savory flavor and a rich sear. You could tell the meat was high quality, and the preparation was precise. This is the type of steak dish that would easily compete with top steakhouse offerings.
Appetizers & Sides
The soup we tried was creamy, warm, and full of depth. It was the type of soup that makes you slow down just to appreciate all the flavors coming together.
The roasted vegetables and sides, including the carrots and broccolini, were truly impressive. Everything was cooked with care and seasoned perfectly. Nothing felt like an afterthought. The fresh salad with the beautifully crafted rosette garnish showcased the kitchen’s attention to detail. Even the small touches like the nuts, dressing, and shaved cheese elevated it from a simple salad to something memorable.
Specialty Dish
One dish that really spoke to the creativity of the chef was the duck entrée on puff pastry. It was visually stunning with perfectly cooked slices of duck over a golden crisp base. The flavors were rich and refined, and the textures worked perfectly together.

Presentation
Every dish looked like it came straight out of a culinary magazine. Clean lines, beautiful color, and consistent attention to plating. The photos attached barely do justice to how impressive each plate looked in person. This restaurant understands that dining is both taste and experience.

Overall Impression
The V at The Vine exceeded every expectation. From the moment we sat down to the last bite we took, everything was executed at the highest level. It is rare to find a restaurant where ambiance, service, and food all hit the mark equally, but this place does exactly that.
Whether you are celebrating something special or you simply want an unforgettable meal, this restaurant deserves to be at the top of your list. I will absolutely be returning, and I can confidently say that this is a five star restaurant in every way.
Highly recommended.
My favorites are She crab soup, crab cakes appetizer, and Prime bone-in strip. My wife had seabass and loved it.
