Great customer service, nice people. Regulars eat here, that says something too. A great option too for trying to eat light & you need a quick bite to eat. I like that they list the amount of calories on the bagels.

The cinnamon sugar bagel heated up was amazing, and I also enjoyed a scrumptious ham egg and cheese on everything bagel. Good easy quick breakfast spot in Ladera Ranch, California.
4 star because they were out out a creamer and the dark roast coffee, so had to choose alternatives. It was a little tight and busy inside but the food was great. Next time I might just order to go. Pricing is about $3 for a bagel or coffee and about $8 for a breakfast sandwich.

This was my first time ordering from here and let me tell you just WOW! I ordered the Sriracha Honey Sunrise and I added Avocado, Ham and Sun Dried Tomato spread in addition. I also got egg whites instead for my order. I got a lil hash brown on the side. The bagel was super delicious will definitely order it again but with easy sriracha honey cream cheese spread next time. It’s not spicy it’s like sweet with a tiny kick. I did not like the hash brown not what I expected it’s super soft and I just did not like the taste. Will order the hash brown again? Maybe but this time really crispy just to see if there’s a difference in texture and taste. Will definitely come back again and try something different.

This is a great place to stop and grab a bagel for breakfast or lunch. Bagels are a great snack and it is good fast foof. This store is always clean And I like the employees, they are always friendly and helpful. I stop here about once a month and get a bagel. I would highly recommend this bagel shop to anyone.

there seem to be orders coming in by phone that are taking precedence over instore orders. My husband and I have left multiple times after experiencing this and just have gotten tired of waiting. Please do something about this!!

Bagels here are good. Just be prepared to spend some time to get them. Something has changed in the last few months that has slowed things down pretty significantly. I’m sure they will figure it out and I’m hoping they can soon.

This location has great food, friendly staff and a good location. While it is not a large store, this location is the preferred location to go pick up a quick bite for breakfast. The staff is always cheerful and friendly ready to put a smile on your face, even when it’s busy.

Pretty good overall bagel spot. They have 1 million types of bagels and cream cheese options that you can get some great combinations going. The jalapeño cheddar bagel with cream cheese and turkey is pretty awesome.
