My kids took me to Don Cervo for lunch today for my birthday, and it was my first time there — what a great experience! The restaurant was very clean, the service was fast, and the servers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our food came out quickly and was absolutely amazing.
I ordered the Arroz Con Pollo, and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The chicken was so tender, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. Every bite was delicious!
I highly recommend Don Cervo — 10 out of 10! I will definitely be back!

Don Cuervo saved Valentine’s Day. We had a reservation somewhere else, showed up on time and were told it’d be at least a 30 minute wait while wait while looking at empty tables. We left there and I remembered this place I had gotten lunch here once before. I thought due to the tucked away location they might have room for walk ins. I called and they assured me no wait at all. We made the 15 minute drive, walked in and were seated immediately. They had balloons up for Valentine’s Day and even a valentines wine menu. You could tell they were excited for the occasion, you could feel the enthusiasm. The place was relatively empty and I think we may have been one of the only couples. Our waitress was bubbly but not over talkative. We got a pitcher YES a pitcher of margarita (you can mix flavors) the pitcher was HUGE and VERY STRONG however it was still tasty and smooth. They also do sealed to go containers for if you don’t finish so don’t worry it’s well worth it. I got the shrimp tostadas it was fantastic. It’s hard to explain how amazing of a night this place made Valentine’s Day for us in a google review, but in a way it felt like home. The atmosphere, the people, everything felt so welcoming and enthusiastic. 5 stars from us and we plan to be back next year specifically for valentines as-well. Thank you don cuervo for saving the day, it’s a lasting memory we will laugh about for years to come.

Finally tried this place. Visited on a Saturday night, got right in and seated quickly. It was busy but not packed. The brought out chips and salsa which had a good flavor. I got the house margarita and it was decent, the Texas Marg is strong! The food came out really quick too. I don’t normally eat rice but I did taste it and it was so good here! Good flavor soft and tender. The refried beans were good as well, nice and creamy. I got the steak fajita quesadilla in the steak was seasoned really well and melted in your mouth. The arros con pollo was good too. We will definitely be going back!

Came on Father’s Day around 6pm it was pretty busy but we got seated quickly ( 2 people.) Chips and salsa came out as soon as we were seated . After we ordered the food came out in less than 10 minutes it was very quick. Ordered the birria tacos and the super enchiladas. Both came out hot and fresh no complaints!

We aren’t from here and just happened to look for somewhere close and easy to eat dinner tonight and DANG! so glad we found this restaurant! The food was fantastic, margarita on point and service I don’t think it was a lucky shot, I think it was meant to be. Seriously it’s only been a couple hours and my leftovers are gone too if we’re ever back in the area we will be back! Pics are of the carne asada burrito and the Don Cuervo margarita – both are delish!

The chips were a bit thick, and the queso was thick as well. My wife liked the Enchiladas Suiza meal she ordered but found the beef strips to be rather dry and flavorless. My son ordered the Arroz con Pollo meal but did not like that the chicken and queso were mixed in with the rice that had both carrots and peas. I ordered the Birria Burrito and liked it. The Birria meat was tender and flavorful, and I loved the fillings, especially the fries. In my opinion, it could have had more fries. Having the beef consomee for dipping made the meal taste even better.

This is a Mexican Restaurant. We are vegetarian and we’re happy to see that they had some vegetarian items in the menu. The Ambiance was excellent and the place had a lot of roomy area to hold a good crowd. The staff was all Mexican and very friendly.

This was my first time trying this spot. The service was top tier. The birria was exceptional! The beans and rice were good. I try guacamole at every Mexican place I eat. This place was no exception. I was not a fan of their guacamole because for me it had too much of the filler items; onions, tomatoes and cilantro. So much of this was added I couldn’t enjoy the pure avocado of the dish. The atmosphere and decor was nice. I would definitely go again, but I would not have the guacamole. Do yourself a flavor and stop by, it’s worth a try!
