Ordered the east coast Detroit pizza and everything looked and smelled great until I took a bite. Dough was light and airy and event flavor but the toppings and cheese were lacking in flavor. The red sauce was great but overshadowed the meat and cheese.

We have ordered multiple times from here and the pizza never disappoints. The flavors are fresh and bright and the pizza is always perfectly cooked. The sauce is the best we have had anywhere. Ranch is homemade with the right consistency. It is our go to place for food when we are at Skydance.

Overall really good Detroit style pizza and worth a visit. I can’t speak to their other style as I haven’t tried it. They have great combinations and options for pizzas to order. Really the only set back to me is the Detroit Pizza crust is a bit too “bready.” I’m familiar with Detroit style but I’ve been to other local pizza places that have a not so overwhelming crust. The crust should be crispy on the edges and chewy throughout. This crust has little chew, is more dry, and is just plain too big. If they could cut it back a notch then the toppings could really shine through.

This restaurant is in a building called “The Parlor”. It is a conglomerate of restaurants, and parking is located on the north side of the building, off of 7th Street.
We ordered a NY style called East Coast, and a Detroit style called Motor City. we also ordered a cannoli, but I did not take a pic of that because it was so delicious we ate it in 5 seconds flat. Be sure to get a cannoli.
Both pizzas were pretty great. The crust on the NY was fantastic. The crispy cheese edge on the Detroit was delicious. Really I only have 2 negative things.
First, I did not enjoy the dollop of ricotta on the pizzas. I love ricotta, but theirs had a weird taste and texture. It was more like sour cream.
I also dislike the venue. It is SO LOUD and the music is horrible. But that’s just my personal opinion. Maybe you will love it.
We will come back when the weather is nice and we can sit outside. Stop by and give them a try.

This pizza came out super hot. So hot I burnt my tongue! While it says NY style, I wouldn’t classify it as that. It was thicker and more saucier than a true NY style pizza should be. We didn’t try the deep dish but it wasn’t bad so we’ll have to go back and try it out.

It wasn’t bad but we also ate at their Kansas City location and it was much better. It’s odd that the pizza could be so different from location to location. I would prefer a little more structure to the crust as well as it was too flimsy for NY style.

There is a true science or maybe it is just love for a fast delicious pizza. Providence some how creates a perfect blend of flavors to satisfy any foodie. The Little Rhody is both savory and sweet. The honey drizzle on top brings all the flavors together in a tasty pizza. The cannoli is creamy and crunchy. The shell is just hard enough, but soft enough that you can break it with a plastic fork. This pizza spot has lasted for the entire time that Parlor has been open. That says a lot about the quality and the taste of the food! Enjoy!

I had the East Coast.
Crust was a little too dry and airy.
But overall not too bad.

Excellent quality ingredients in a cool atmosphere. In a food court style. The Detroit style is had was great. My kids split a Alfredo grilled chicken NY style 10 in. They really like it too.

While we were at parlor, we decided to try Providence. Garlic bread was full of flavours and pistachio cannoli was absolutely delicious. Since we were trying other places at Parlor, we didn’t try their any other items, but cannot wait to go there again to try their other items. Must try Pistachio Cannoli.
