Subway is such a hit or miss. I ordered my Dad and I subs online and they did us dirty. I asked for extra veggies and it seems like they intentionally did even less. Why does one side of my sub only have two pickles, like be for real…. If I’m gonna pay almost $10 a sub I expect a bit more quality. We will be sticking to Jersey Mikes from now on!

I honestly don’t know why we keep trying to eat here. I guess we’re hoping the next time will be better than the last but it has sadly never been the case. Today we got the meal deal (steak and cheese).. and pre-ordered online. I got veggies I didn’t ask for on mine and my husband barely got any steak at all. Come on subway please do better.

I normally won’t go out of my way to leave a review once it’s a mistake twice okay won’t fool me again but 3-4times of forgetting stuff on a sandwich… I have received my sub now with no lettuce or mayo now plenty of times… it’s sad that I have to drive from canton to Harrisburg to receive a correct order. My lettuce was completely forgot off my order.

Carson was absolutely phenomenal. He was the only one working when a large group of us came into the store, and he had no problem whatsoever knocking our order out of the park, all while maintaining a positive attitude. Give that man a raise, cause he sure deserved it

Okay….so I cannot attest to the quality of food nor the atmosphere as, (admittedly), I did not get to partake in the experience of either. HOWEVER, the service and kindness received from both Crystal (mgmt?) and Jama (sp?) at the location in Canton, South Dakota was above and beyond anything I have experienced in the resent past. The people who DID get to enjoy the food may very favorable comments and the kindness afforded by Crystal and Jama goes far toward reinforcing my faith in mankind.

It was late and i called ahead to see if i could order and pick up by 9:00pm the lady let me if i was gonna make it for sure by 9 . So i hurried to make it and she was quite delightful engaged in conversation not just trying to rush me out. I would recommend this location to my friends or family.
