Drive through is getting slower and slower. I made a mobile app order and it still took 20 minutes to get through the drive through and there were only like 6 cars when I got there. Each person spent at least 3 or 4 minutes at the speaker. People started pulling away. This used to be “the good” McDonald’s in Webster… Now it’s not.

Respectfully the worst McDonald’s in the area. They either don’t know what Coke Zero is, or refilled the fountain syrup with the wrong one because every time I come (I work in the plaza and typically come here to just get a soda before my shift) they keep giving me a root beer instead of a Coke Zero, it’s been happening all week. There’s a big difference in a cinnamon flavored soda and cola. Also a major hazard to those who are diabetic as root beer is not sugar free!!! there’s a man with long locs & an older black woman and they deserve a raise, and recognition for being the best staff members ever. Majority other staff don’t pay attention, rude and dismissive. Also be warned if you try to order any bakery item like a pie or cookie, they make you pull up in the drive thru slots and wait for them to make it fresh (but don’t let you know that it’s going to be over 5 minute wait so when you’re on lunch break it’s super inconvenient). Otherwise, when you do get your food & it’s correct it is good, never stale breading or anything!

Burger was cooked perfectly better than most McDonald’s I go to. Dined in, and Tracy was so friendly. She was introducing herself to everyone letting them know she’s there if anyone needs anything. So professional, like this was Chick-Fil-A level service probably even better tbh!!

This McDonald’s is ridiculous, my orders are constantly wrong, the employees blatantly don’t care or have an attitude including the manager. The fries are always cold or half filled.. As someone who has worked fast food I can say there’s literally no excuse. There turn over rate is atrocious and the general manager looks like he’s given up completely. I would rather drive the 7 extra minutes to go to holt Rd because at least they give you more than the bare minimum and treat you with kindness and understanding.

The girl that is currently working now at 4pm with the leopard bonnet is so rude. I had two orders in front of me so I’m guess it was part of the ladies order. The ladies were nice enough to ask me if it was my order because she just placed it on the counter with calling out order 667 and kept it moving. She either needs to be re trained or if you don’t like your job leave it. Very disrespectful

The staff is rude, rush you in the order process, talks over and still gets order wrong, the food was stone cold, fries stale, and they dont even provide napkins, slow service. Stop hiring mediocre people, do a better job vetting the employees.Food is way too expensive to be worked this way.

My drink was wrong, the fries were extremely undercooked/soggy and size large were barely half filled, we were missing a 4 piece nugget and my McChicken sandwich was ice cold. Not pleased with the service.

Went to McDonald’s in Baytowne-take a look at our nuggets. Somebody had already been eating them…?! Open sauce and certainly not a ten piece…and cold to the touch! This is disgusting we are mortified and know leaving this review is a waste of time. Plenty of issues at this place. Our Big Mac had a beef patty outside of the sandwich when the box was opened and the rest of it was just thrown together. Pricing does not equate to the lack of quality. It’s like throwing money down the toilet. Lack of care and everything else for that matter. All done with this place. Will drive up to East Ave if ever wanting to give McDonald’s another go around.
