This was my 3rd and last attempt to give the new management a chance. It progressively got worse. The first time I’m standing in line, the only in line, and they’re having a conversation with each other like I’m not there. I eventually walked out. The second time I debated between going to any other one but this one is closer so I gambled. And lost. I went in, one person in front of me trying to navigate the language barrier in preparation their sandwich, and me waiting patiently behind them. I assumed I was next but someone walked in for a pickup. They called them forward around me and proceeded to help them. I should have walked out! Another call ahead came in they prioritized them I finally walked out. Today, after my workout I only wanted a 6” turkey sub, I’d avoided this subway by going to the on in whiteland on my home, but this was closer. Got my 6” sub, she said that will be $14 and some change, I said excuse me? She repeated it and I asked how? She just looked at me like she didn’t understand. A guy came from the back. She asked him something, he did the order on the register and it was $6 instead. I get home, the bread is rubber! Clearly 2 to 3 days old and this was at 11:00 when I went there! I was hungry so I tried another bite and after playing tug of war with a sandwich I gave up! Never again! The subway on Morton street is beyond horrible! Don’t waste your time or your money!! Seriously!

First time & LAST time going to this subway. I should have read the google reviews first. I ordered a flatbread BMT and specifically asked in the directions to make sure it was DOUBLE toasted. (Flatbreads are usually automatically toasted) It was not toasted AT ALL. I also asked for it to be cut into thirds. It was NOT. How hard is it to follow directions? I paid $25 for a meal where simple directions weren’t followed. It’s just the principle. I also got smashed avocados on the sandwich & it was spread so thin for an extra $2/3 charge.

This place has been great for some time now. Sandwiches are always nice and filled. Store is unremarkably clean, and has been every time I’ve been there over the past year or so. Workers are nice and straightforward. We always go out of our way avoiding all other subways around here to just for this place

It is your standard subway. The staff there are super friendly. The only thing that I didn’t notice was when they were busy one time they put online orders at the bottom of the list. So people were showing up to pick up their food and they hadn’t even began to prepare it yet. Those individuals had to wait until everybody in line was served. They did call in an additional employee to help them through the rush.

The BEST subway in the state! Tye people are AMAZING, the service is impeccable and the food is absolutely perfect. My lunch is always waiting for me to pick up and my subs are made to perfection…cut how I want and look even better than the tv commercials. I have been getting my lunch for work at this location regularly for about 6 months and everytime I order a different sandwich…IT BECOMES MY NEW FAVORITE . GREAT JOB I can’t wait for the next one!!!!

I visited your Subway location some time ago and observed some concerning behavior from an employee. She was kicking a knife along the floor, which raised safety and hygiene issues. When I expressed my concern, she seemed to become upset and started putting excessive amounts of condiments on customers’ sandwiches. Needless to say, I ended up with a mustard sandwich. This behavior negatively affected the quality of service and the overall customer experience. While I do hope she’s okay, I recommend addressing these issues through additional training on proper food safety and customer service standards.

My friend and I came here with several of our quiet, professional young people, several of whom are minors who brought their own PBJ sandwiches, from our church youth group. After purchasing several full meals, we were all kicked out of the restaurant per “manager’s policy” because not all of our group purchased food from the restaurant! I’ve been going to Subways around the country with this youth group for over 8 years, and this is the first time I’ve ever been kicked out of one, much less with literal children in the group, and after purchasing at least $50 worth of food. The employees were very apologetic, and kind, but their manager really needs to be kinder to them and treat them better if they’re so scared they feel the need to kick out quiet, well behaved children from their restaurant rather than be fired!!

Two very disrespectful employees, after assuming I ordered something on their menu that I never even said I wanted, I was wanting to build my own sandwich and when my fiancé said something about it they tried saying I said something I didn’t say, and started arguing amongst themselves over one freaking sandwich, they misunderstood me, never again will I come back to this store. They didn’t even try to be respectful at all, started raising their voice for asking a simple question.do not recommend this place, triple zero star rating ! Never have I seen such terrible customer service in my life!

I will never order from this subway again. I asked for my toppings to be put separate from my sandwiches because we wanted to heat and eat them later in the day at home. They wouldn’t do it unless I paid $10 extra, because it would be a salad. I paid 12.00 apiece for my sandwiches with just chicken on the buns and left disgusted. I explained the vegs on the sandwiches would be soggy by the time we wanted to heat them later, but they wouldn’t give me the vegs on the side. I had to go to Kroger’s and buy my vegs there. What’s the world coming to when you have to pay extra for something that comes on the sandwich because you want it separate!?
