This was a birthday celebration for one of the “girls” in our girl group. The place wasn’t packed at all due to the time of day because it is early afternoon on a Sunday. That was a plus we ordered drinks the classic Margarita was ok it could have used a little more tequila. Others had a Bahama Momma. They said their drinks were good. None of us really knew what to order, so we asked our server, Ashtyn, what her suggestions were. She suggested the wings, pizza, or oysters. I chose the 12 piece wing bone in mild and Caribbean for my sauces. One of the girls chose the 8 piece wing medium and Caribbean as her sauces. She asked Ashtyn if that particular sauce was spicy. She said no tangy and sweet. Well, the Caribbean wings are spicy. So if you don’t like spice, don’t get those. The mild was delicious with a touch of spice. The next guest in the group ordered a pizza. She said it was good. Well, I would hope so it was hot, but it wasn’t cut all the way, so she asked for a knife. The birthday girl ordered the smothered chicken with a mushroom sauce on top and a side salad. She said good, not heavy with sauce, which was a plus for her. Our server was attentive. The atmosphere was nice if you like a bar and grill style restaurant. They had plenty of seating a performance stage, a boutique on the other side for a little shopping. Overall it is a nice place. I do recommend you check it out for yourself.

I was a little hesitant about the changes the owners were going to make as I love having a local restaurant close to home and I feel we have enough bars. But I went Friday to their opening night and yes they had a band coming in to play, but before the party crowd got there we sat down for dinner and it felt very family friendly and even though it was filling up with people waiting for the band I felt people were respectful to those that were there just to have a nice dinner. Not to mention they do have areas outside of the main stage area you can sit at if you want.
I had the wings with fries and they were amazing! The wings were huge with lots of meat on them and the Fries were fresh. I was so excited to see pizza on their menu and was disappointed they weren’t ready to start serving the first night but I did go back in yesterday and orderedone and omg!!! Soooo good! Sorry papa John’s and lil ceasars…. The varsity is my place for pizza going forward!
Recommendation…. Give it a try and sit where you think you would be comfortable. Lots of options to try the amazing food!!!

This place is ridiculous. We ordered food, sat for 50 minutes, and had to ask why our pizza wasn’t out yet. We were told it hadn’t even made it in the oven, and the kitchen staff was refusing to do their job. There was almost no one in the restaurant when we went, so it wasnt an issue of being busy.
Of course the waitress was apologetic, but that doesn’t change the situation.

They have turned a steakhouse that I loved into a generic place with less than mediocre food. The menu was not inspiring and the hot dogs I ordered were dried up on cheap broken up buns and stale tater tots. Its safe to say that I will never eat here again. Maybe its a place to get drunk now but its not for me.

We had an ok time the first time we went here. They were short staffed then. So we can back for new Year’s eve. Had a really bad time. Again there are short staffed. I ordered my pizza and then my husband ordered his pizza. He got his and his was
almost gone by the time they brought mine out. It was wrong. Then they took it back and brought another one out and still wrong. Then the waitress said mine would be free. But when we got the bill mine wasn’t free. We told the waitress she said the other waitress couldn’t do that cause she wasn’t management. So they settled on taking 15% off. I will never go back there again.

Wonderful place to meet friends and family. Great for watching your favorite sports and enjoy bands while you eat and drink your favorite foods and beverages.

It was once a great steak restaurant, good place to take a date. Good menu, great food. But, it was called T-Bones. Since new ownership, the name has changed, and it is now a bar, a dive bar at that. The menu and quality of food have taken that dive as well, but not the prices. Oh no, expect to pay steakhouse prices for dive bar quality food, it comes out just sad. You’ll be sad leaving at the amount of money you spent for that food.
