The chicken with rice soup tasted like they added rice to the boiling chicken and called it a day. It didn’t come with crackers but it was disgusting anyways. My egg rolls were super hard and barely had any shrimp PIECES in it. Second time here. Second time disappointed.

The service was really great, she was extremely friendly…but that food was the total opposite. The wonton soup was tasteless. The sesame chicken was like none I’ve ever seen or taste. It had these huge chunks, which may have been okay as fried chicken fingers, was in so much sauce it could have been called sesame sauce soup. And that rice, omg…NASTY!

I’ve ordered general Tso’s from here twice. It was pretty bad lol.
The chicken was giant chunks like chicken tenders and way to large. The Rice was overcooked. The sauce was awful, had no flavor and had some congealed parts, as well as some liquid parts. Egg roll was microwaved and soggy. Good portions for the money, but id go elsewhere.

Atmosphere was clean and the staff was kind. However food was only ok. I got the shrimp and broccoli. Shrimp was definitely frozen and were small. Taste wasn’t too bad. I had the hot and sour soup; did not like at all. The soup was very light and not dark like what I’m used to. The broth was very thick and not smooth at all. Tasted more like chicken soup; there was chicken in it. Hot and sour soup should not have chicken in it. The vegetable lo mein was not that bad but didn’t taste like it; tasted like plain noodles with veggies.

Order once got amazing food. Like truly good. So I went back again… almost inedible. Chicken was like jerky, sauce was bitter. Soup was watery. Really sucks cuz the first time ordered it was really really good. Oh well , consistency is key!!

I’m not sure how this place has 3.3 stars but it deserves 10 out of 5. The young man that answers the phone and delivers the food is very well spoken and explains all the meals perfectly. He delivered in a timely manner the food was hot just like it came out with a waitress. It was all spot on and worth every penny. I’ve tried lots of other Chinese spots and nothing hits like Phone May House. Quality food and Quality Customer Service. Thank you. Sorry I ate the food before I remembered to take a picture of it.

Pineapple chicken $12.95 comes in a guart container filled 7/8ths full. Save your money it’s all pineapple. Pepper steak again not a full container placed in a quart with a pint of white rice. Not worth the $14. Mala chicken it is a pint’s worth in a 2 quart foam container. Again mediocre flavor. House pan noodles$16.95 way not worth it. The egg rolls for fried an old oil you can taste it. What happened to the days when Chinese food was worth the money. Phung May house will never get my business again. When I added everything up with the 7% tax it was $77.52 when she added it up it was $80.43. what are we doing Americans we’re accepting less for our money. Why?
