A great bar with solid food! Owner is a true gentleman. Staff are polite and quick. Restaurant side has darts and pool. Very kids friendly while also catering for adults. Accommodating beer garden. Coming from England and having frequented many establishments in the US, this is a perfect blend of an English pub and restaurant. Highly recommended.

We went for a family dinner — friendly atmosphere and nice service! The food was very good. We had the chicken wings, jalapeño poppers, calamari, and stuffed pretzel. Also had a fun time playing darts right next to our table! Would definitely come back!

Scotty’s is a great local bar in Creskill.
The bar area is bright, clean and there are nine TVs to watch almost any game you want. They have NFL Sunday Ticket for all you NFL fans out there. There are no booth seats in the bar area.
The bartender is obsessed with making good drinks for customers as they understand that the eye eats first. The garnishes on bloody Marys are great and the margaritas are salted properly.
The menu has all your bar favorites. The wings and the lobster roll were really good!
The restaurant side is cozier and they have booths on that side.
Scotty’s is new. The staff is learning and getting into their groove. There is nothing wrong with that.
An opportunity for improvement is the washroom in the bar area. It is one shared washroom for the bar and it shares a the service entrance with the kitchen.
Otherwise, Scotty’s is a great sports hangout that I will visit again and again.

Wonderful new place, has an old fashioned fun bar theme. With Dart Boards and Pool Tables to play while waiting for your delicious food . The owner is really nice and friendly. Highly recommend for any Sports Game and or friendly meetup.

Order 1 burger and 1 nacho appetizer for pick up. When I arrived and I was told the bill was $45 I was so confused because that didn’t line up with the menu. When I got home, I looked at the bill and found this bar charges a $5 takeout fee! When I opened up the bag and saw the food, I was in shock they thought this was acceptable for $45. There were no condiments, no plastic silverware or napkins, The nacho platter was extremely small for the price, The burger bun was stale. The burger was cold And one extremely small piece of lettuce and sliver of tomato was provided with the burger. I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed for Anyone that works here. I will never return to this establishment. small portions, Mediocre quality, Lacking of basic items provided for takeout, The audacity to charge a takeout fee, With this cheap, packaging and lack of basic items a damn shame to see a business thinking they can survive while nickel and diming their clientel for mediocre food as if they are a Mitchelin rated restaurant Hahahha Pennypinching is not the business in this town. I could tell by the crowd they won’t be around much longer and rightly so if they don’t change the way they do business. Imagine paying five dollars additional on your bill for takeout and not even being provided ketchup for your burger and fries only to find the meat is heavily overcooked and The cooks cut the meat in half to check the temperature so When you bite the burger, it just falls apart in your hands and makes a greasy mess SMH

So me and my dad went here to just chill great place even for kids like me. The owner is a great guy too. The waitress served us very nicely and the food was great. We got wings and chicken tenders. The darts board was also nice and we spent the whole time there. We watched a little of college football and there is NFL is there’s a match. The pool board was also great there were 2 plays for free which I believe someone nice put in for someone else. I am 10 years old and this is my first review bye.

Went to Scotty’s for the first time yesterday…vibe was cool (as was the 100″ TV in the bar…makes a great spot for NCAA games) and the food was awesome. Split a quesadilla with my buddy and had the crab cakes. For a joint like this, you don’t think you’re going to have food that is a level up from bar food…it was. Crab cakes came with a horseradish and avacado sace that was on point. Really well done. Came out hot and fresh which was awesome. Totally heading back here soon…there are less and less of these types of places in Bergen County and I am glad I stumbled on Scotty’s yesterday.

My partner and I got there at 8:45pm on a Thursday and waited over 10 minutes for a hostess to appear. Only for us to be told by a waitress passing by for us to check in with the bartenders for us to be seated. The restaurant was not particularly busy. I had ordered a beer and it was flat. For food I had ordered a beef burger (medium rare) with waffle fries and my partner had ordered the steak tacos. Both food orders were not up to par. The burger came out almost well done and lukewarm/cold, and the fries cold. The menu states the burger also comes with a brioche roll and the burger came out with your average potato roll. The meat in the steak tacos was just un seasoned ground beef with lots of cartilage chunks in it. Was not appetizing. No one came to check on us for a while. The design of the place is nice and I think I could be great. But we will not be returning.

The food was honestly good. I got a chicken sandwich, I give it a 8.9/10, fries were very salty but not bad, 7.3/10. Because we were underage and it was past 9:30 pm, we were denied seats inside and instead had to order takeout and eat outside. Honestly pretty dumb rule we are clearly underage and wouldnt be served alcohol so I don’t get why we couldnt just sit inside. The atmosphere was bad, we were outside and the college students inside were staring at us.
UPDATE: I CAME BACK HERE AGAIN WITH MY FRIENDS AND THE FAT OWNER OR WHATEVER JUST KICKED US OUT FOR NO REASON. WE WERE JUST TRYING TO GET FOOD AND HE GOT SO MAD AND CSNCELLED OUR ORDER BECAUSE WE ARE UNDERAGE. I HATE SCOTRYS
