Reasonable prices, and a decent atmosphere. My only complaint is an inconsistency with the food. For example, every time I have ordered the southwest chicken salad it has been different. One time it had tortilla strips, the next time it didn’t. One time the chicken was cooked with a nice crispy exterior, the next time it was just bland, chopped chicken breast. I’ve experienced inconsistencies in everything I’ve ordered more than once.
If they could maintain consistency with their dishes I’d give them a 5. While I know I won’t like everything on a menu, I would hope if I liked it the first time, it would be prepared the same the second time. After all, even McDonald’s can be consistent.

The waitress wasn’t very good, she couldn’t answer questions about the food, brought the wrong drink to my husband and didn’t keep our drinks refilled. The appetizers and soup were delicious but the entree was bland and gritty. My husband had the prime rib and said it was lacking all flavor. I had the Cajun alfredo and there was no Cajun heat at all and the sauce was gritty. Food is definitely not worth the cost. The restaurant itself was nice but needs a few fixes. The toilets don’t flush without you holding down the handle and there was no place to change a child. Definitely won’t be returning.

My husband and I brought our very good friends because we heard about their “great wings.” My friends ordered the wings, as did I. My husband ordered the fish fry. My galfriend and I both had the salad/soup bar. The food was absolutely delicious! The wings were crisp with a spicy/creamy sauce. My husband’s fish was thickly battered and steaming. Everything on the salad bar was fresh and savory. Very large portions! We had impeccable service with the kindest waitress. The atmosphere is romantic with a wonderful deck for lounging with drinks. The whole experience was the greatest, and we will surely return. No complaints whatsoever. I recommend this to all.

My mom and I went for her birthday lunch, the waitress was extremely rude and condescending. When we first got there we were waiting for quite a while to be acknowledged. A chef finally walked by and told us that we could sit wherever. We picked a seat and waited for quite a while before any waitress even acknowledged us. When we finally did get a waitress it was like we were inconveniencing her. She never even came back to offer drink refills, never notified us of any specials, and didn’t come to check on us until after we were done with our meals. Food was decent, nothing too special. The poor service that we received is what ruined it for me. For that reason we won’t be returning. There’s plenty of other places to go in the Finger lakes that have much better service.

Slow night as it was between holidays waitress was great. Appetizers were wonderful. Four steaks and no complaints from four very large meateaters. All done perfectly. Price was good. Will be heading back again!

Because of the recent review of this place having the best wings in New York we went here because we were in the area. Overall the sauce is really good, probably one of the top 5 sauces I’ve ever had. We also ordered the buffalo shrimp and was massively disappointed as we paid $8 for just four shrimp that were medium size and weren’t fried nor breaded in a plate loaded with blue cheese.

Despite the so-so reviews posted on yelp, we decided to try Abigail’s.
The restaurant was spacious & extremely busy due to opening day of the local three-day farm show in the area.
Our waitress was awesome. She knew the local craft beer & made a good recommendation.
The salad bar had good, fresh selections.
My salmon was great, my fiancé enjoyed his broiled scallops & the kids’ chicken parm were very good.
Desserts were good too.
We had a nice relaxing dinner due to crowd overflow from the farm show.
If diners want fast service, then they need to seek fast food & not individually prepared meals.

We had a family dinner in August. Got there when it opened, first table to be seated. 30 minutes later we got to order, 45 minutes later got our food. Were never told that salad bar came with the 4 dinners we ordered. There were 6 others at our table also, again never told the salad bar was included. By the time the 4 of us got our food we had to leave so had a few [tasteless] bites. we were staying in a hotel so couldn’t take the food with us. No apologies from the waitress. I called several days after we got home. Talked to Jean, who was supposedly the manager. She told me she would send a refund and that we had a new waitress. After a month when I had not gotten a refund I called again and Jean told me that she didn’t know why I hadn’t gotten the check she sent but would send another one. You guessed it, never saw that one either. Was back in Seneca Falls in Oct. When we checked in the hotel we asked the receptionist to recommend a place to eat but NOT Abigail’s. She told us she never recommends them. Said she has heard too many customers say the food is mediocre at best and service not any better. We loved Old Fort Erie. Great food and fantastic service. Go there instead!

Went for brunch on Dec 10, 2017 at the choice of another family member. Three tables in the whole place during our 2.5 hour visit. One star for the omelettes which weren’t bad. Zero for the other food on the buffet. Everything was cold and clearly a frozen food service product to start with not sufficiently warmed through. Gentleman (manager/owner) was informed of cold buffet and nothing was done. Not recommended.

Carpets smelled like urine as soon as we entered the dining hall. The waitress was rude and condescending. The awards winning wings were over done and hard and I’ve definitely had better sauce. My Wife’s burger that she asked for medium well, came out pink and bleeding. When she showed the waitress, she was told that was how they did medium well. Most restaurants would remake the burger… Not at this one… The, cheese, ketchup and Mayo was scraped off and the burger was thrown back on the grill. I do not recommend anyone to eat at this establishment.
