I had a disappointing experience due to both service and cleanliness concerns. I observed staff handling trash and then returning to food preparation without washing their hands, which raises serious hygiene issues.
In addition, the service was extremely slow, and several menu items were unavailable during my visit, making the experience even more frustrating.
Overall, I would recommend finding another place for lunch.

Took almost 45 minutes to make 2 sandwiches.
A friend ordered a customised sandwich (and paid for the toppings) and received none of the toppings they asked for. Because the restaurant wait was so long, they couldnt even go up and ask for the correct order because they were afraid it would take another 45 minutes.

I was really excited for this restaurant at ft lee but now that it’s here the service is horrible. 20min for a cream cheese bagel and a coffee at 7am is crazy. I was the only one in the store too.

They do get pretty busy during lunch time, but a good way to deal with it is ordering ahead in the app.
They will email you if there is a delay and also whenever the order gets done, so we just ordered in advance and headed over to pick up once we got the second email.
Staff is friendly and food is pretty good. They will get more practice and speed with time.

Been stationed here since 2022, now when I’m about to PCS they open! I’m not mad! My husband told me he’s hungry this morning while at work, I got on the Panera app and ordered him a breakfast sandwhich, coffee, and muffin and he hit drive thru and ready in ten minutes!
Too bad yall didn’t open up a year or so ago, yall would have gotten half my paychecks!
All jokes aside, thanks for opening, the drill sergeants and instructors will appreciate this quick pick me up before work, lunch, or after work heading home for the family!

The food was absolutely amazing! Panera Bread has always been one of my favorite spots, so I’m genuinely excited and grateful to finally have a convenient option on post without having to drive out for a good meal.
Yes, the wait time was a bit long but that’s to be expected with a brand new opening and the level of demand they’re getting right now. I planned ahead by placing my order early, and I’d definitely recommend doing the same if you’re short on time.
Honestly, some of the negative reviews seem a little unfair. This is a newly opened location that’s clearly working through high volume, not poor quality or service. A little patience and planning goes long way. If you’re short on time or can’t understand that basic human concept, maybe consider eating elsewhere!

Man the wait time is crazzzzy at this location , we just sat in this line for 40 minutes because there no way out of the drive thru, entire lunch gone just to get to the speaker and get told there no Asiago bagels left….. Absolutely ridiculous. At least come outside and put a sign up or something
