The usual Cold Stone taste, which is very sweet and gooey. I am giving only 2 stars because of the lack of hygiene the employees have. They do not wear gloves and basically touch the ice cream, waffle bowl, and any toppings with their bare hands that they use to handle money. I feel like it’s health code violation. Furthermore, they are talking while making the ice cream, which means I am getting their spit droplets in my ice cream…. I will not be returning here in any time soon.

I had the strawberry ice cream with KitKat and I must say it was the best strawberry ice cream I have ever had in my life. Strong but not overpowering strawberry flavor with an extremely creamy rich texture.
The portions are also huge and they have a huge selection of both ice creams and other delicious treats like truffles and caramel apples with various toppings. They also have ice cream cakes.

Awful. They first rang up $42 dollars for 2 medium size I cream. One medium size cone with two flavors mixed together and one topping. The other medium ice cream cone peanut butter cup perfection no additional toppings just what it comes with ..
When I questioned price he tried to tell me what it was. When I still questioned it he rang it up with 2 cones and toppings for both grandchildren finally came to . Came down to 27 dollars. When I said there was only one come and one child with no toppings he called me a liar and said child knew what he got and called him a liar
He ended up giving me back another $1.50 saying we were liars.
I will never go back there and I hope everyone checks the price . Charging for mixing when it is part of description and topping of fudge when it’s part of description in indefensible. Pure thiefery. Plus calling me a liar when. he was the liar soured me totally from coldstone
I will never return and I hope you all do the same thing

WORST RUDE EMPLOYEE ! Our ice creams had whole pieces of the ingredients!!!!! He literally didn’t even chop it up which is the whole point of cold stone! I want my money back!! Terrible!

2/22 Sat 8pm The guy working was amazing, but he was the only one working and was definitely overworked. I don’t know how he kept his cool with the amount of people coming in and ordering ahead. Shame on Coldstone management for having only one employee on a weekend night

Customer service was ok. Today is January 14th at 5:47 pm. Im not sure who serviced me honestly. Usually the employees here are nice but person wasn’t as pleasant. They still have the sign up saying you can’t taste the flavors, other cold stones will let you taste atleast 1 flavor. This one does not let you try any. I guess you can never try something new lol. Idk kinda weird for an ice cream place to not let you try a flavor.
