The bagels are very good and the employees are fantastic. I stop by here weekly on my way to visit my in laws in Northport. I usually only get bagels but I ordered a bacon egg and cheese for the first time yesterday. The sandwich was very good but I could not believe that it was $10. I understand that costs have risen but this is ridiculous. My local deli in setauket charges $10 for a hungry man hero and that comes with coffee or oj. How much is an Italian hero here? $24.95 !!!!

So disappointed. Placed order on their website for a bacon egg and cheese on onion bagel. Went to pick it up, guy at the window asked if I had a sausage egg and cheese – nope. Told him what I ordered, he asked the cook, said it would be ready in 1 min. Came back with a wrapped sandwich, told me my total was $8 (less than what I paid online, but whatever). Told him I paid online.
When I got home to eat, opened my sandwich, and it’s a sausage egg and cheese on an egg everything. Exactly what I told him I didn’t order.
Chatted with them to give them the chance to make it right – 30 mins, no response. Terrible service.

Everyone there is so nice, their sandwiches are the best! I’m in there almost every day, as I call my order in – 3 egg whites made dry, with ketchup, on whole wheat bread. And when I get there maybe 20-30 minutes later, it’s there, waiting for me. And if I order it before 11am, it comes with a small coffee Monday-Friday. Their tuna is very good too. No attitudes, very nice, friendly, and accommodating. Very clean inside, the bathroom shines as well. Highly recommended!- Ronn D. from Kings Park, NY

I ordered through doordash; The custom options I chose for the egg sandwich were on point. The hero roll was just right (fresh and not too hard or dry) Having breakfast food delivered can be iffy (at your own risk) but the Hungryman I ordered from Bagel City Co. was excellent, best I’ve had since moving to the Smithtown area.

Fantastic bagels. I visit New York frequently and if I’m within 20 miles of Bagel City i’ll always stop for a dozen bagels. (14 in a bagel city dozen.)

Love this spot! We call it “The Bagel Bank”. They make great egg sandwiches and their bacon is well done. Call-ahead for drive-through-service which is super cool! Bagels and their chicken salads are great!

Nice renovated store. Used to be two be banks actually. Some bank story, final bank got robbed and property went up for sale. Bagel shop was a good choice and a good location for people commuting West for work. My only real problem is cost. $10 for a bacon, egg, and cheese is STEEP, no matter how well made. There are other bagel shops on the same route that make better bagels and are cheaper, but I won’t take away from a good effort at a reasonable start up. They deserve support and while it’s unlikely their pricing will go down, local shops deserve business rather than the Starbucks monster that is killing all morning business.

We were in Kings Park to get somethings. We were hungry and we LOVE bagels. We knew someone who lived in the house next to the building. The store is immaculately clean and the staff was quick to take our order. It was perfect and the coffee delicious. We will be back in the area in the near future. Definitely worth the visit.
