We had delicious food and even better service! There were 2 gentlemen working tonight and they were very kind and polite. I wish I would’ve gotten their names because they definitely deserve the recognition. I wish their were more people in the customer service industry with that much kindness and respect

Ross and Aiden were amazing with our order. We ordered 3 subs and fries. Everything was delicious.This is only the second time we’ve been in there ever and they were definitely helpful. Thank you for charging me extra for for extra chicken but on the receipt it said extra teriyaki sauce. $12.28 for for a large sub with extra meat and the sub and the sub looking like it was never split to put contents in it

Update – they do not wear hairnets so be prepared to find hair in your food. I found a pink hair in my sub. Which was the same color as the gal cooking the food.

I saw the advertisement for the Summer Squeeze from the Tiffin Penn Station and decided to come in and try it. I got the Artichoke Sub, a fry, and the new Summer Squeeze!! It was excellent!! I love the fresh bread and the fresh cut fries. The food is always hot and fresh!! The Summer Squeeze was great and really hit the spot. The service is always great at this location!! The staff always greets you as you come in the door and are always so friendly!! This place is doing right!!! Keep up the good work!!

My first time at the new Tiffin location. I’ve been to the Findlay one several times. I thought the staff was excellent. Friendly and went out of their way to give good service. The food was good. Of course the french fries are amazing because they are hand cut fresh. My family got 3 subs, a salad and large fry. I have no complaints. Ordered on line and i think that saves time. Ready when i expected.
